Of course, the hotel used to be very good and nicer. The rooms are clean, in principle cozy - the bed and shower are spacious. The numbers start at 35. Once I had to leave the hotel earlier for a day (I remembered in the evening in Alma-Ata) and in general they did not return this amount to me, the correspondence turned out to be empty. Since then, the attitude towards the hotel has changed. In May of this year, I stayed for a day due to the fact that there was no room in another hotel. Breakfast is a buffet, you can order scrambled eggs separately, there are vegetable slices, broth, sausage, salad (there are different types), there are sweets for tea and coffee too. So sometimes you can stop.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. A delicious breakfast, but there is not always coffee, which is not added if it is over. The cook periodically introduces new dishes. I got a chicken pate, it's for an amateur, I like a denser consistency. The restaurant prices are above average, but the food is delicious. In general, everything is fine, so 4 stars.

After examining several rooms, it also turned out that the air conditioners do not work as they should. When the heat is more than 30 degrees!!! And in the morning, the cherry on the cake, coffee-colored water poured from the tap, nothing changed when draining the water for about 20 minutes

They definitely eat there for work, and not to rest, so I think: you definitely need an iron. The room was a junior suite. The TVs are old without Internet, and there are very few channels.

I was in March, it was very hot in the room, I opened the window, then I had to call the reception staff for help to close it, since the window mechanism was not working properly and the window did not close in any way.
