An excellent hotel , located in the cultural center of the city, the rooms are clean and cozy, the restaurant service is 5 stars, all the staff are smiling and friendly , if you stay , then only here, the leader in the hotel and restaurant industry of Petropavlovsk . The traditions of Kazakh hospitality are felt.
I liked the room, spacious, cozy, clean. Delicious breakfasts, if you add freshly brewed coffee to the breakfast, then there would be no price for such a breakfast
Plumbing problems. It is difficult to wash, there is no water pressure at all

The price and "quality" do not match a little....
There is no elevator, the rooms are small and cramped, the audibility in the rooms is terrible, literally everything can be heard....
Nice, pleasant hotel. The room is warm, towels and hygiene items are updated once a day. I noticed that the door does not always close tightly, and if you press a little, you can open the room with a slight crack. But there is a safe if there are valuables that need to be left. The water in the shower is heated for a very long time, probably due to the fact that the room was on the 4th floor. You can safely open the hot tap and go do your business for about 10 minutes until the water warms up. The restaurant at the hotel at above-average prices, ate only once, soup and pasta, both dishes turned out to be too greasy.
Undoubtedly the hotel is new, comfortable and cozy! But, the staff is less customer-oriented. For example, I arrived at the hotel at 13-05 and the girl at the reception tells me: "We have a check-in at 14:00, will you pay extra for an early check-in?" The rooms are clean and spacious. The furniture and appliances are new! But the rooms are very cold. To get hot water from the tap, you need to drain it for at least 30 minutes, otherwise the water is icy. So honestly, I'm a little disappointed.
I ask you to warn about fines for smoking in the amount of 5000 tenge and put additional information about the smoking ban in the rooms. I would like V. A hotel of this level had wireless chargers.
