I bought a new Chinese car from the guys (Kyrgyz customs, Belarusian registration). Everything went Great (Vladimir accompanied everything)!!! The car was stored in a covered parking lot in proper condition; consultations on cars and purchase procedures (even queues at the traffic police, coupons, reconciliation of numbers - help was provided in everything); a reasonable approach to price and payment; friendly attitude.
