I worked here for 6 days. When applying for a job, a lot of attention is focused on endurance and willingness to work from morning to evening in a frenzied mode and earn exorbitant amounts, but in fact there is little work and these working days from 8 to 21 are like some kind of mythical creature. We usually finished work at 2-3 o'clock, once every 5 and this with all breaks and lunches. So even if you want to earn money, you will not have such an opportunity. Prices per kilogram of mushrooms are negligible when you see prices in stores for the same mushrooms in general, it becomes ridiculous, while the wholesale and retail price for mushrooms is constantly growing, and the fee for their collection is consistently at an extremely low level. It turns out that with the trend of constantly growing real inflation, when EVERYTHING becomes more expensive, only the organization forces mushroom growers to work more to live (and as we found out earlier, they do not always provide workers with a large amount of work). I would say that the organization is so arrogant that, contrary to the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus, it does not index the wages of employees in accordance with the inflation rate, or rather it indexes everything except the mushroom grower. Why? It's unclear! At the same time, when you tell them about the interesting situation with rising prices for these mushrooms and constant wages, the employees themselves say that, quote (spelling and punctuation marks are preserved): "And a little bit about the economy. The price of mushrooms that you see in the store includes: the profit of the store, transportation costs, and, in fact, the cost of mushrooms, which consists of the cost of raw materials, salaries of employees (and these are not only mushroom growers, but also other people who also participate in the process of growing, collecting, storing and selling mushrooms) and many other expenses. The conclusion is obvious." Thus, they themselves say that prices for everything are rising, so the accountant get the money, HR get the money, the boss get the money, and the mushroom grower gnaw the hole from the bagel. Well, a person will not be able to live normally in 2021 with salaries from 2011, it seems to me that even children understand this perfectly well. Moreover, only the collected kilograms are paid, and cutting, washing inventory, sweeping cameras are not paid in any way. I.e., instead of picking mushrooms and making money, you have to do a lot of free work. I was not hired as a cleaner, although if the prices for the collected kg were not so ridiculous, then I could turn a blind eye to it. Also, you can not be 100% sure that all your collected kilograms will be taken into account, because the collected boxes with your barcode are simply taken away and there is no way to track whether they were scanned or not, sometimes you leave for lunch before the boxes were taken away, when there are still other mushroom growers in the camera and again you can not be be sure that they will not re-glue the labels. Moreover, my suspicions about unreliable calculations are more than justified, because I saw with my own eyes how this calculation happens, there is an elementary human error (and not my own, but another person's) can lead to some box simply not being counted to you, also a moment with even more elementary human dishonesty can lead to the fact that a few more boxes will be credited not to the one who collected them, but to an arrogant but resourceful mushroom grower. Moreover, in a conversation with employees of the organization, it turned out that there was a case in production when an intoxicated loader simply forgot to scan the boxes and no one began to look for these boxes further. Technologists are adequate, formulate tasks normally, explain everything that is not clear 100 times, never hysterical, did not offend anyone, even if mistakes were made. The staff in the office is in the clouds, otherwise I do not know how to explain the fact that they are absolutely sure that they provide divine working conditions, and we are so ungrateful do not appreciate it.
I bought mushrooms...10 pieces are good, and all the rest are wormy. The appeal is not only to them, but also to those who pack them, and these are "Real products - My village"...
I've been working in Mushroom Country for years. Good working conditions have been created. To make money, Yes!!! We have to work hard! Since the payment is piecework. Due to the work schedule, some employees quit, even though they are warned when applying for employment. Technologists explain everything normally. The main thing is to learn and understand the essence of the work.
