Well, it's generally fine. I came to Abkhazia for a short time and needed a room purely to spend the night. March 2025 - single room 1500. More than humane. It looks like a nice cute hotel, on the banks of a mountain river. I got a room with a view of the courtyard. The bathroom is just ruined, the shower stall is covered in black mold, the doors are kept on their word of honor. A broken heater (although it's working). Unfortunately, there were no disposable slippers, no toothbrush/toothpaste, and they also refused to sell. I was traveling one day, I didn't plan to spend the night at all, and I didn't take these supplies. But these are all small things compared to the catastrophic audibility. Absolutely everything is audible! Footsteps, conversations, as one of the neighbors turns on the water... That's it! The hotel is wooden, they even consider it their feature. Eco, that's it. But for those who have a light sleep, it is better to look for another place or use earplugs. As it is, the location is good, everything is nearby, in addition, there is also a roof terrace, where I drank coffee alone in the morning and got high. I will not lower the rating, because for this price everything is quite tolerable)

We had a vacation in November 2024 and lived in 4 cities of Abkhazia. New Athos has the 1st place of residence . Nice city, nice hotel, great rooms! The service is great, the company can relax on the roof, which is very pleasant to dilute the evening) Everything is nearby - waterfall, sea, cave, Anakopian fortress, shops, cafes 👍 Definitely recommend it!

Multi-storey log house. Very steep (not awesome, but vertical) stairs to the upper floors, the rooms are cleaned on 2 out of 10. At the same time, there is a basket of tangerines in the lobby, a cool mountain river in the courtyard. The prices at the hotel restaurant made us go to the cafe opposite for breakfast. We booked 2 rooms by phone, no prepayment. With all the disadvantages of the hotel, this is the second time we have been staying.
