I was surprised by such a low rating. It was 09.10, in the evening, the order was given in less than 10 minutes. The shawarma is very tasty (I took a large premium), there is a lot of meat and it is fresh, the sauce is also enough, the crispy crust is everything. There have never been problems with quality, it used to happen that there was too much cabbage, but lately everything has been buzzing, we come in periodically.

I am very surprised by the reviews, I have never seen such a bad rating and it is justified. I ordered shawarma through the mobile app (pickup). The default status in the application is "preparing". I arrived 50 minutes later (the status has not changed), in fact, the shawarma is ready at the cashier's fingertips. He came up and immediately asked for the waiting time, "It's about 7 minutes now." The staff brazenly tried to deceive, giving out such nonsense and denying to themselves that it was just a laugh, fortunately with such a mood and left, as if from a circus. It's just a pity that it's catering. I strongly do not recommend it! And I thought that I was so unlucky and it happens, but the reviews and evaluation of the institution makes itself felt. When ordering shawarma earlier, it was delicious as shawarma in this chain (but not in this establishment).

we ordered a barbecue for the holiday today and, unfortunately, were extremely dissatisfied with the service. The order was supposed to arrive on time, but the order arrived in two whole hours! We were waiting for him at the feast, but, unfortunately, we did not receive any apologies or compensation. When we tried to discuss the situation and ask for a 30% discount for such a long wait, we were definitely refused. As a result, our holiday was ruined, and our guests did not wait for the barbecue. We are very disappointed with this level of service. We called 7 times ourselves. No one called us back, they just promised to clarify where the courier was. I do not recommend ordering from this company - holidays should bring joy, not disappointment!
