It's terrible, I've deteriorated a lot in the last six months. They ordered pita bread, the rolls are not toasted, they forgot to add sauce, it looks like the rolls were not cut, but torn with their hands. And this is not the first time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I ordered a shawarma for Frolikov , the courier did a good job, he delivered it quickly.
About the shawarma . Pita bread is dry, it is impossible to eat, and there are only layers of pita bread on the floor. Very little meat was put in. I can say that this is the most tasteless and dry shawarma that I have ever bought.

This is my first negative review in my life. But apparently everything happens for the first time.
First, we took two bacon kebabs with additives of cheddar cheese. The first thing they noticed was that a thin piece of cheese was danced there. Purely alone. At the beginning of the kebab. They didn't distribute it along the bite line, they didn't bother. It didn't melt even by 1% out of 10.
The kebab itself is cold. They use low-quality lavash, you can see right away. It's falling apart. They didn't hold it properly on the grill, the kebab is all soft, it's impossible to take it in your hands. Meat... well... For 12 rubles, it probably should be there. It's kind of there. A little bit. And it's tough like yesterday anyway.
Shortly.. I don't even know what to say. The prices do not match the quality. Guys, if you want people to come to you and be happy, at least make it look like you're trying. And use high-quality products, especially pita bread.

Literally just bought a shawarma in this institution. Honest with the addition of "cheese". There is no cheese there at all, I felt it for one bite. The dump is terrible, the whole thing is falling apart and you can see that it is the cheapest. The meat is not cooked. The kitchen is completely unsanitary. Flies are flying, it doesn't matter to anyone. The guy who cooks gloves does not change, does not wash them before cooking, it's a horror, and I gave 10p for everything, this is the price tag in a normal shawarma

Grilled Kebab is our favorite cafe with shawarma with my wife, but we have noticed more than once that there is not fresh meat on Frolikova Street, we often order Pita Kari, come and pick it up, and it often happens upon arrival home when you unwrap you feel an unpleasant smell.. And then after a couple of hours he starts to drive to the toilet..... Sorry, but really some kind of smell comes from the shawarma, rotten meat... We moved to another area, now we are buying on Ulyanovsk, so far everything is fine without problems.. But today we were driving home to the Oktyabrsky district from Stepyanka, and ordered along the way again to Frolikov, and again on arrival home an unpleasant smell of shawarma ..... We will definitely not order there anymore.. And I don't advise you to..............................
I wanted to add. After the comment, the management's feedback was not long in coming. One of the managers contacted me and made a free order.. It's nice that the management reads and reacts to comments adequately!!!
