I asked her to repeat it, but I couldn't hear her, and she said she could watch it on the screens. I look at the screens, and they're all off. And instead of telling me what kind of shawarma there is, she went out into the hall and slowly started turning on the screens with the remote control. I turned around and left, went to the neighboring Papa Doner, where there was nowhere to drop an apple, I was served quickly and without complaints. Pay attention to the behavior of your employees, the girl pointedly did not want to serve me. I specifically specified the time and date, watch the video from the surveillance cameras.

They're either drunk or under something else. Such behavior is not acceptable for catering staff. What were they doing? They shouted, swore obscenities, and sang songs loudly. I took a shawarma here when they opened. I made an order through the mobile app, waited an hour. And now, no kidding. I made an order in the office, went outside, went to the store, went for a shawarma (10-15 minutes have passed) and it's not ready yet. I sat down to wait.
The administrator runs and commands, we cook guys, we cook (the time was from 12:30-13:30). I waited another 10 minutes, came up, they said I wasn't ready yet. I hear the girl at the checkout telling the administrator, our online order has been hanging for a long time, and she responds and what? First we serve those in the hall, then online. I was just upset. I was already waiting in the cafe for 10 minutes, but the shawarma was not cooked. As soon as the hall was empty, I heard a shawarmist take my order. I tried to tell the receptionist that I had been sitting for 50 minutes, to which she said, don't lie, your order came to us 5 minutes ago. Although I approached the cashier, she said that they hadn't started cooking yet.
According to the shawarma. A standard shawarma, you can take it for lunch. From the cons, it is clear that the shawarmist was tired, but the pita bread broke closer to the middle. Cracks appeared, and the sauce began to leak out. If you ate in a bag, then everything is fine. I finished the shawarma, a standard snack.

Organization: We made an order, there were still 2-3 orders in front of us. People came after us and ordered the same thing as us. Due to the fact that there is no adequate distribution at the point (as in the same papa doner, by numbers), our order was given to other people and we had to wait another 10 minutes. Despite the fact that there are few people, they work very slowly. Taking into account that there were 2-3 orders in front of us and other people took our order, the total waiting time for 2 doners was 30 minutes.
Taste and quality: As for the shawarma itself, the pita bread broke at the very beginning, both for me and for the mc. There is also a lot of cabbage in the shawarma and there is no particularly pronounced taste. If you really want to save money and have no ideas where to eat, then you can go in. Personally, I'm disappointed.

I am writing a review 3 times, (I will be brief
Chaverma Patrol:
I took curry xl.
Satiety - 4: you get full, but in the end it's hard because you get very tired.
Taste - 3: I was waiting for a brighter curry taste, but it turned out somehow dry and tasteless.
The structure is 3.5: it held up well, but there were small cracks and leaked.
Originality - 2.5: I was waiting for a delicious curry shava and got a tasteless I don't know what.
Interior and staff - 4.5: it is very nice that you can get a free coffee for a review, as well as a discount for the first shawah, that's why I came, a nice girl accepted the order, but because of a strange application I did not understand when the order would be ready.
Conclusion: I will not come here again, just for the sake of experiment, order another shava and compare (if this is the case, I will add a review) if you did not go, you can go for a cheap shava at once and free coffee.

In fact, the meat is not always fresh, the sauce is added according to the mood (sometimes three drops, and sometimes everything flows to the bottom of the package), the sauce has become like diluted with water, pita bread almost always cracks and it is impossible to eat this "substance" in the package. I took a novelty called "Classic", which contains tomato sauce (which was essential for me, since I always used to take another one in addition). As a result, they made a "Garlic" one in which tomato sauce does not go into the composition. What's the point of updating the menu then, I still didn't understand?? Management doesn't care about quality standards. They take students who do not work very well, to put it mildly... They don't give you a check either.

But we were very disappointed when, instead of the usual lavash, we made pancake-shaped lavash, like those of network competitors. My opinion is that it's not tasty, you need to return the normal pita bread. Instead of garlic sauce, there was a sauce similar to ketchup + mayonnaise, I didn't even feel a hint of garlic. The reviews are inflated, the receipt for two separate orders was not given for any of them.
