We bought kebabs on the night of 17-18. To be honest, it was done "on the spot". Not only were there only vegetables in one half, and almost only meat in the other, but the whole interior was cold. I give three stars only for the fact that this is one of the few establishments in Minsk that works at night. There's nothing else to bet on. Service, by the way, is also such a thing ... unsmiling and not very happy with customers - this is a very understatement.

I didn't like the service and the shawarma itself. I arrived, ordered - they replied that there was no change and this is my problem. It's a bad start. I waited, they gave me the order, the cost is higher than it says on the card. I was not given a facsimile receipt. Just a piece of paper with the inscription that this is not a check, the shawarma turned out to be cold. The hot sauce that I ordered was only in 1/4 of the shawarma. I got a piece of meat the size of a matchbox. He spat out 1 stone. I do not recommend it.
I also ate the famous burger, for which Coco drowns. It was made much better, there was no poisoning and indigestion. But knowing that a person can make bad food for sure is terrible. And here is a photo of a girl who insists on making bad cook food! That's exactly what this person is disgusted with.
I think so, if a person wants to do poorly in service, then such a person should be completely banned from working with people. This cashier is the face of the company, the Kebab Grill has a very dirty face, an ignoramus, and in addition provokes the cook.
I make an order in person again, about 2 weeks ago, the Cashier is a new, full cook (maybe the cashier's boyfriend from the story earlier) tells the new employees that I left a complaint, and does it loudly. The result of the finished product, the weight of a large shawarma: Grilled kebab (shawarma) Chili = 486 gr.; Grilled kebab (shawarma) Barbecue = 500 gr. The stated weight is completely inconsistent.
Night falls, and from about 2 a.m., burgers are not cooked in this place. A bun is finished every day, and they are delivered every morning. Funny.
I definitely don't recommend this place.

They also removed the chairs, you can only eat standing up. Just like that, why? Why save money and damage customers? How do people come to you at all? This is a complete hack, what was and what is now - heaven and earth. I hope you will be closed soon.
