The most terrible point in terms of service. I ordered delivery from here once, firstly, it took a very long time to be delivered, secondly, the order was generally confused! The courier quickly ran away. They don't leave the courier's number at all, and they don't even write where the order was delivered from. I had to calculate their nearest point myself. And when they did call to sort it out, it was all very long and in the end our order was never delivered. Then I came to take the shawarma from them myself, I stood for 15 minutes, the girl didn't even pay attention, well, okay. But when she finally deigned to look at me, she said very simply and clearly: we do not accept orders now. Why? How is that even possible? As a result, after standing for 20 minutes, he left with nothing.
In general, 2 stars just for a relatively good shawarma, which I was able to buy at this point once.

Not only did the order have to wait 52 minutes (at the same time, there is no approximate waiting time anywhere!), but the order was executed terribly.
The salad is tasteless, just chopped cabbage without anything, as well as cheese, doughnuts and mushrooms were additionally added to the cheese kebab (for an additional fee.payment) none of this was added. The result is a dry (supposedly with double cheese!!!), tasteless, not edible flatbread... (I didn't want to find out that I was already at home and go to show that I hadn't put anything in). I really regret that I fell for the advertisement, ruined the evening...

I always ordered shawarma here. Always on the phone. Previously, everything was clear and timely. The last 3 orders have become just terrible. 2 I did by phone, they announced readiness in 15 minutes, arrived in 20, they said to wait another 15. The last order was made through the application on 08/25/24. Order 75293. I arrived at the pick-up point in 45 minutes. Alexandra, the cashier, could not find my order, asking if I had chosen another pick-up point. Although my order was clearly visible on her monitor. I showed it to her, she told me to wait a couple more minutes, but from the reaction of the cook, I realized that the order had not been made at all and no one would make it in 2 minutes. I asked for a refund, but was refused. The book of comments was given out, but it was clearly made for the sake of appearance and I obviously will not receive an answer. The cook did a good job, he made 4 fresh shawarma as quickly as possible and this put Alexandra at a dead end, because before that there was still a ready-made 1 shawarma out of 4 and she wanted to cram it into us. The cook showed his best side again and told me to give them fresh ones. But even after that, I didn't hear a normal apology, but I heard the order number and that it could be picked up. The boorish attitude of the cashier Alexandra deprived the institution of a regular customer. I hope that the management will read and take action.

On Sunday, they went to bed with severe vomiting and diarrhea (they analyzed what they had eaten during the day - there was nothing more to sin).
The result is 3 days at home on pills and water.
Such a banal thing should be closed.
I hope the competent authorities will read this review and take appropriate measures!!
