I visited this cafe and tried the Hawaiian shawarma, the signature kebab and the signature "Grilzon" shawarma. Both shawarma were rated 10 out of 10, and the kebab was rated 9 out of 10. It turned out to be very juicy, but it fell a little short of the home level.

I took the classic one with pork. Excellent pita bread, rolled 10 out of 10, good proportion of vegetables and meat, pleasant sauce. But the pork is kind of weird, very similar to chicken. The meat is most likely made not on a "skewer" for shawarma, but in an oven of some kind, but I can't say for sure.
