I went to another service and it turned out that the lever had not been changed for me, and all the levers were signed in the box (the old one that was "removed" was not there). I don't know what the master was doing for those one and a half hours and what was the point of "fixing the car" like that

After that, I went to the boxers and they gave me this verdict: when they changed the suspension, they lowered the stretcher, and put some kind of rack or something like that under the box. Not just put it, but under the paddon, from which it was bent and there was not enough oil intake. The pump did not deliver oil to the box and it skidded. When they took everything off and showed it to me, they said there was a fresh dent in the pallet. Such specialists work at this service station. The boxers also laughed at what kind of oil was poured into the box for me, according to the tolerances of the norms, but the oil itself was not advised to do this. The result is what: replacement of the pallet, 6 liters of fresh oil , filter, gaskets, etc. need to be changed, slightly singed box. I have never had problems with materials and work.
The disadvantages of this SRT that I faced:
1. it seems that all the employees of the service station do not understand that the CLIENT PAYS for their services.
After talking to them, I feel like I owe them something. Probably, he should be sympathetic when they do their job poorly?!
Obviously, if the fuel pump is changed, the tank is cleaned, it is probably worth recommending to the client to replace the fuel filter as well. Even if it is not written in the order that is issued before the work. I'm not a car repair specialist and I can't know all the nuances. I count on the qualification of masters who have such expertise.
2. “specialist” in spare parts
Now I understand why he always has a sad face. He knows in advance that he is not your assistant.

- In the final order, the name of the materials is indicated simply, without articles and brands. He said that's how everyone works. I can only guess what was delivered to me from the boxes that were left in the car.
I assume that all this was done to hide the cost of the materials that were installed. I bought it for a ruble, sold it for ten)))) I don't find any other logical arguments.
- The cost of materials (both in price and quality) was not coordinated with me, except for the steering rack (with the caveat that it may not be suitable).

In principle, I won't say anything bad about their work so far. Considering that they have done 30 percent of what I need. But even here there was a place for a “feat”. The molding on the hood was broken.
I'm standing next to him, the master closes the hood, breaks the corner, sees it and pretends that this is how it should be. It broke itself! And he is outraged that I am making a remark to him.
I wanted to leave there as soon as possible, so I did not react to this jamb in any way.
