It is completely unclear why this particular court requires the personal appearance of the applicant, when there is already an arbitration court decision, and the person is actually located outside the Republic of Belarus or in the capital and cannot get there. Moreover, other district courts have no problems considering such loan claims and do not duplicate arbitration decisions in the absence of the parties.
