Doctors are now like the police, everyone is outraged, scolding, but in case of danger they run to them. A clinic of regional scale, there are rare departments that can be counted on the fingers of the republic. As for the staff, as everywhere else, everything depends on the internal beliefs of the employee himself: someone is sympathetic, understanding, and someone just wants to leave the shift. It is better not to get there, and if you do, remember, your attitude towards the staff will return to their attitude towards you, but sometimes it is necessary to put individuals on solid ground.
I have applied many times (more often to ENT doctors) and always for an emergency. I can only say good words of gratitude to all the medical staff from the GUK.

We were lying with a child of 5 years in the children's ENT department in August 2021, we are from another city, it is difficult to leave a child alone for 150 km. We put two of them on a bed the size of a nursery, where my child could hardly fit. There was no hot water, it was brought all the time (6 days) 1 time!! How is that?! The passage to the physiotherapy department, through the basement, flooded, water to the bone. Nobody ventilates the wards, there is no cleaning in the wards either, the food is terrible.

At first, I called the paid service numbers listed on the website many times (96 11 22 and 43 02 12). They didn't answer. Then I started calling on the multichannel (43 36 28). Each time, the female automaton cheerfully informed that the connection would be made in 8 (or 6, or 5, or..) minutes. And every time I cheated: after passing the specified time, the usual buzzer turned on and no matter how long I waited - 15, 20 or 30 minutes - no one picked up the handset. At about 4 p.m., after another 30-minute wait, I finally got lucky, a pleasant female voice explained to me that I was not alone, but she was working alone (and where are the others?). Of course, I decided to share my impressions with the chief physician. And then the divorce: his phone is classified (at least I didn't find it on the site). I tried to contact the secretary; and then a deception - a pleasant male voice insinuated: "Stay on the line." I stayed a few times. But in vain: no one tried to contact me. IT'S A COMPLETE DISGRACE!
It's a good place (preferably not to be there, of course), but if you get there, then the ward is good, there's a question about the neighbors, roulette. The food and attitude are good, there is also a positive, and this is the main thing for such places.
In short, my mother was found to have g4 gleoblastoma in her brain last year. After a terrible operation was performed at the BSMP in Grodno that they did not even record an MRI, my mother fell into this terrible envy for radiation after surgery. The doctors at this clinic said they would do spot irradiation. As elsewhere in the world, spot irradiation is performed after such operations. But these comrades abruptly irradiated the entire brain. After that, my mother developed post-therapeutic leukoencephalopathy. If you don't know how, don't take it. Your mother died in terrible pain because of you. Long life to you. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
He was lying in the "eye microsurgery". Basically everything is fine. The doctors and staff are attentive and helpful, for which I thank them very much. The repair in the wards is normal. The food is mostly not bad.

Hospital food is still not enough, it would be difficult without "one's own".
It's disgusting, I couldn't get through, I wanted to make an appointment with an Audiologist , they don't take the handset, paid services are not available at all, phone numbers were not updated, the number was incorrectly dialed.!
I read reviews - as if from another planet. Especially about Pischik. It's like it's about different doctors and organizations. Where you found responsiveness and everything else that is written about. I don't want to write about the oncological dispensary at all: I haven't seen so much rudeness and rudeness towards unfortunate patients yet.
In seven months, you can count the worthy ones on your fingers (Tatiana is a nurse from onco (sorry, I didn't remember the last name), and the girls are on chemotherapy.)
And still yes! money and a "good" attitude are interconnected there and then, only at that moment, even in this case there is no guarantee.
And the most important thing!!! For cancer patients - unfortunately, if you have been more or less diagnosed (if you can say that with cancer at all, but ...), then take your mri and CT scans and go somewhere else for a consultation, because there is a high probability that this is done in order not to give you an adequate disability group. And they will give you a working one and no one will care about anything else!
