There are constant queues both at the reception and under the offices. Everyone is rushing to the office, then "just to ask", then "under seal", then just brazenly. Therapists work sooo slowly. Even if there is an appointment ticket, this does not mean that you will get to the office at this time. The tiny parking lot is just a nightmare.
