I was being treated in the neurological department of post 2, the attending physician Denis Stanislavovich Fedyuk, I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff for their conscientious, professional work and friendly attitude towards all patients. Special thanks and my admiration to Denis Stanislavovich: I have never seen a doctor more sensitive and understanding of a patient's recovery than he is. Denis Stanislavovich, I am immensely grateful to you for your attentive attitude and professionalism! Thank you so much for the treatment! I wish you good health and success in all your endeavors!
After visiting (I came from Volkovysk), I felt like I had been to another world. From communication at the reception desk to medical care, everything is GREAT. Although they say that Minsk is even better.

Unfortunately, I had to enroll in this clinic for fgds, because there is no record in the whole city for a month in advance. I got to Cherniy A.V. Disgusting attitude, even at a paid reception. Fgds has been done repeatedly, there is something to compare it with, but I have never seen such a shitty attitude anywhere. Upon entering the office, no one asked about complaints, etc., they did not offer to freeze, which they always did (!), they immediately gave them consent to sign and immediately put it down (by the way, they did not tell them to take a towel with them when making an appointment, you don't expect this to happen, but fortunately, I took it for a reason, because they have the same size and are not provided, apparently). And after my question about freezing, they very reluctantly did it with the sarcastic words "if you think it will be easier for you and if you want to cough for a day, then we can do it, of course" (spoiler: I didn't cough at all). During the procedure, they didn't really talk about how to breathe, they didn't comment on what they saw on the screen - everything was silent. Again, it's good that I have an idea of the procedure, but if you do it for the first time and get to this doctor, then after such a negative experience it will hardly be possible to decide again. Then I had to claw out every word about my stomach from the doctor, he answered as reluctantly as possible, in monosyllables, I still did not understand the condition of my stomach and the rest, I heard only "gastritis" through my teeth and that was it. I also had to pull out information about how to get the result of the analysis for helicobacter (I ask, they say, when to expect r-t? Him: in 2 days. Me: will I get a call? He: No, no one will call you. Me: should I pick it up at the reception or what? He: come here to the office. Me: what time is it possible? He replied. Why can't you just tell me what kind of arrogance it is?) By the way, they took the analysis from me without asking! They just took it and confronted me with the fact of payment. Just a minute, they have the highest price in the city for the procedure (from 80 to 145p!, where in other places from 25 or 35p) What do they rely on when choosing and calculating the cost, if they don't ask a single question to the patient and don't know anything about me?! For what, for such an attitude?! In general, when making an appointment for FGDS, ask your doctor if you care who will perform the procedure and how.
Many thanks to the doctors who help me to cure and stop epilepsy attacks, especially big thanks to the doctor Nadezhda Vladimirovna Salaeva, who deal with people with epilepsy, stroke patients and the like
Denis Stanislavovich Fedyuk, the attending physician, was being treated in the neurological department of post 1, he wanted to express his great gratitude, for his 59 years, I have not seen a more sensitive patient who delves into the recovery, all Stanislavovich's doctors are very grateful to him. Hello, success in all your endeavors, career growth. Thank you very much Denis Stanislavovich.
I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the registry for their patience, tact and kindness.
There are a lot of people, everyone has their own requirements, but it's an art to prompt and manage everything.
It's not a bad hospital, there are a lot of professionals. There is a pharmacy, a cafe, a place for walking, a public transport stop nearby, minibuses drive up behind nonresidents.
I am very pleased! I had to ask about my health.A wonderful team of both doctors and junior medical staff.I especially thank the Doctor of Rheumatology, Odinets D.F.
Great. We were both at outpatient appointments and at the hospital.
My wife was operated on in taracic surgery. Everything is very good. Both doctors and honey.sisters and meals.
There are long queues at the reception at the clinic. There are few employees, and the new ones still have little computer skills.
The hospital is wonderful! the staff and doctors are adequately trained and do their job perfectly. we always apply and do not regret, yet not all public hospitals are so bad!
We've been to a child's sign language specialist, no questions. But it is very difficult to get through to the reception desk. It would be better to hang on the line in the queue for a while. Than to spend two days and call to make an appointment. The staff is friendly and helped with the recording. Since I was recording the father and child, we picked up the recording on the same day and after a short period of time. Special thanks for that.
I won't tell you for the whole thing. And only kind words about nephrotection. Both doctors and nurses are high-level specialists. Thanks to their attentive, kind attitude, patients feel comfortable, which also increases the chance of recovery..
After the renovation, it became much more pleasant and comfortable for visitors. The email queue is also like +. One of the disadvantages is that you can hang out at the reception for 20-25 minutes, despite the fact that there are not many people visually (+-15 people), you arrive early - you wait under the door for half an hour... in short, there are questions about this. The staff is helpful and friendly (almost everything). Experts - there are no complaints (to which I addressed only a good impression).
It seems that all employees of this institution live and work in a separate state.
Get through and make an appointment with a paid specialist.... It's easier for the president to get through!
And not all specialists have an idea what they are doing.
Of course, there are professionals in their field, but there are very few of them.
Thanks to Dr. Kostsova A. Z., Maksimovich E., A. - these are very cool pros in their fields. That's how doctors should be, they should be looked up to by many!
Every time, you expect to meet just such a doctor.
The hope of meeting a talented specialist becomes illusory.
An excellent clinic, courteous staff, will help you in any way they can, depending on the disease (its course, how best to endure severe episodes), will advise you on how best to deal with your illness. Thanks to the staff, they treat you with all their heart!
There is an electronic queue at the reception, fast and intuitive service. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Doctor's appointment on time. There was no queue. The doctor explained everything, told me.
Regional polyclinic. There are always a lot of patients. There is an electronic queue at the entrance. It is best to make an appointment in advance. Competent and courteous doctors.
I would like to express my gratitude to the allergist Savitsky With E, for his high professionalism, kindness of heart and great skill!Low bow!You are a wonderful doctor!, from God
I was serviced once in this clinic.
On the positive side, I would like to note a good fresh renovation, an organized system of visiting doctors (starting from the system of receiving coupons to the registry, etc.).
Overall, I was satisfied.
Doctors want to be better. Without V..... There's nothing they don't want to do. Generally. Maybe there are a couple of normal doctors. I just want to highlight the doctors, the anesthesiologist, the nurses in the office where they do the coronoscopy are polite and attentive.
They made an electronic queue-it only got worse. You've been standing in line for over an hour. At the same time, registrars do not rush to serve people-they talk, go about their business, go somewhere and no one cares about this queue
Everything is great. Especially the neurologist for paroxysmal conditions Salaeva N.V. is a very wonderful doctor and person..You can say that she saved me from death in the truest sense of the word.
A very good doctor works in a laser room. By the way, this is how different the doctors of Lida and the same doctors in free institutions, but in regional centers.Heaven and earth.
The best doctors there. Especially the Laser Surgery Room. What's a nurse, what's a doctor, well, just.. They know their business. Thanks a lot to them!!!
