The range of products is good, but the terrible boorish service spoils the whole impression. We have been going to this store for many years and, unfortunately, from time to time we come across rude sellers whose duties include SERVING the customer, and not mumbling "this is not my department", "I have enough work to do" and even more so not ROLLING my EYES AND SWEARING.
I hope that the issue of competence and respectful attitude of the staff will be resolved in the near future.
I wanted to write that the behavior of sellers can be compared to the service of sellers in the worst rural store, but I think it will sound insulting to sellers of a rural store.

I like the store, but..... constant queues in the meat department, at the checkout .....because of this, I want to bypass the store side. And to weigh vegetables and fruits, you need to walk around the store to find who will do it!! Potatoes, for example, onions and carrots are already packed in bags and weighed, but sometimes I don't need so much, but I have to take it. And, besides, it happens that half of the vegetables in the package are rotten.

It seems that almost all sellers, except two, have received serious training on how to be rude to customers, and give the impression that you owe them once you came to them, and they do not depend on whether you buy something from them or not. I live nearby, sometimes I go there for milk, and something that is urgently needed, for a long time I have met only two sellers who say:"thank you, have a nice day" they will say: "the same for you" or "thank you". They don't seem to know how to say hello there at all. In general, this store is for nostalgia, since the prices for most products are simply cosmic. But in the buffet of the Naroch store there are many cakes that remind of childhood in the 90s, and they are just fresh and very tasty. Although the same professionals will serve you, but these sweet joys that they sell there are worth it to transfer far from the best service.
