I strongly do not recommend it.
I recommend EVERYONE to switch from them to other operators / providers where there is normal technical support.

I am an engineer specializing in automated control and information processing systems. There is no problem for me to set up a router or adsl modem on my own.
When working with another branch, in this case with my provider, it is usually necessary to find out some minor nuances for configuring the equipment.
When calling technical support, I was frankly sent from the first line after hanging up the phone.
When I called again, the robot transferred me to the same operator, but they decided to take me a second time around the circle of hell with the name "contract number, personal account number, full name of the contract holder". Fuck him, too.
But when I was offered to switch to a company engaged in paid technical support... I couldn't stand it.

I pay them money for the Internet.
Some providers provide their own equipment and configure it for this amount.
Initially, from the time of the Avant-garde (the so-called provider providing ADSL Internet before it was absorbed by ROSTELECOM), I had my own ADSL router (bought and configured by me), the second one is the same, bought and configured With an ADEQUATE (at that time) ROSTELECOM's technical support. And now there is a third router, which was supposed to replace the dying second one, which I couldn't set up because now tech support has slid downhill to the very bottom!
When you give the second line of technical support to various third-party offices, you need to understand that people will run away from you.

So the guys drove them to more stable providers with good, adequate technical support!
I'm driving!
PS: It's a pity you can't leave negative feedback. I would put - 100 stars.
Very bad internet. It is constantly disconnected. It almost doesn't work on weekends. The masters offer for Monday, although it's only Saturday. We'll have to say goodbye to them and advise friends to do the same!!!!!!!
