And now there is a third router, which was supposed to replace the dying second one, which I couldn't set up because now tech support has slid downhill to the very bottom!

I have been using the Internet from GIS for about 7 years. In terms of speed and ping, it is much better than ByFly. The prices are also lower than those of ByFly, while the speed on the tariffs is higher. But in the evenings, the speed may drop (especially on weekends). Sometimes the connection breaks, you have to restart the modem.
There is no round-the-clock technical support. Therefore, if there are problems, they can be solved only during the day.
It often takes a long time to update the balance after payment. At 0.40 rubles, the Internet is blocked on the balance, but you can't take the promised one — because the balance is actually positive.
Despite some disadvantages, I am quite satisfied with the Internet from GIS.
Many times the service was applied at a height.they give advice even by phone on Internet settings, if possible, repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently. Recommend.
