I called the phone number for citizens' requests. I did not receive an answer, they stupidly dumped it. I found several other phones, according to others, the handset was rising. But there was only a squeak, which only spent money on the phone. I finally found a normal phone, which was answered. They gave me the following phone number. On the next phone number, they replied that they did not do this at all, and gave me another number. On another number, I just heard the phrase " There is no such phone number." I checked this number via the Internet, it is listed on the website of the Ministry of Education as the Grodno Department of Culture, I called 4 more numbers. There was no answer anywhere. I called a total of 17 phone numbers. No one gave me tickets or adequate instructions.
