A great place to relax with children. Convenient location near the railway station. It is quite large, it took us 2.5 hours to walk around the entire zoo. The contact part and additional services were not taken at the same time. Grab a couple of walnuts for a huge parrot - it's interesting to watch him crack and eat them) The chameleon reacts to people (just get close, don't knock on the glass). You may be able to establish contact with him)) Also a very funny curious raccoon.

When the zoo was just rebuilt, it was highly praised, but it was possible to reach it many years later. Probably then it was the best zoo, now it is much inferior to Minsk. Very stony, a little lacking in greenery. In the terrarium, I kept thinking that I wanted to clean the "houses", and that there was clearly little room for large snakes and pythons and it was sooo empty. And in principle, the valliers leave much to be desired (they clean up after the animals, but, for example, bosseins for bears with stale water)

There is something to strive for, to expand, for example, I would like to see more fish, to carry out major repairs in some rooms, especially where closed rooms with parrots. Something bigger for ungulates, not enough greenery.

The zoo is very beautiful in places, bolge would call it a "bird house", I probably have not seen such a number of birds in any. The only thing that is very cool is how the peacock spreads its tail in front of the female... There are few animals. Lion, lionesses, bagheera, lynx, wolf, probably cool, but everyone was asleep. The food is clearly too good, the bellies have eaten and slept. Some have a straight tummy). There are no bears, they didn't understand where they were at all. There is no giraffe. Of the ungulates, only ponies, wildebeest and 20 sheep. There is one camel and a yak. Four display cases with monkeys. Generally a half-empty zoo. The fish are glorified like in a pet store. There are a couple of interesting ones. Yes, they really feed well, it can be seen. Repairs are really required. And please pay attention to the dark-colored pony, something with a hoof and a very, very sad look.

A small zoo in the city center. But of course very small enclosures for animals. I really wanted to see the bears, but it didn't work out fine. They were behind glass enclosures, which were dirty and from time to time became muddy, almost invisible. And the aviaries for them are very small, it was just a pity. Predators got much more spacious housing. But it's also a pity, although the animals are all very well-groomed, the wool was glossy. There were very rare animals. A great place to visit if you come to Grodno, and even more so with children. If we compare the Grodno zoo with the Minsk zoo, then the comparison is not in favor of the latter.

I always have very mixed feelings about the zoo. I feel sorry for the animals. The only thing that saves is the acceptance of the idea that most likely they all grew up in captivity and do not know another life.
Here, in my opinion, the conditions are more or less comfortable. There are many animals, they are different, very beautiful. Somewhere, of course, there is a smell. But how else? Monkeys are cool. Everything is super feline. Raccoons are cool (by the way, they are fed chicken breast). There are many beautiful and different birds. The child liked it very much, although it was cold and wet. I believe that the employees are trying their best.

No, they poke sticks at animals, then they give sweets, then they take pictures of how they feed for their social networks! It's just a nightmare. There is no remark to the employees, everything is fine and I am sure that the animals are well cared for and fed. But people! It's a pity they don't fine you, although this may not be enough for the life of every pet in the zoo.

A cute and clean zoo. Well-groomed animals. The parrots looked the most. The zoo itself is not big, it won't take much time, well, two hours maximum. There were practically no people on weekdays. Lots of benches, many right in front of the aviaries, you can sit down and enjoy. There is a cafe on the territory, but I won't say about it, I haven't visited it.

Predators are beautiful! Jaguar, leopard, tiger, lions. But the smaller animal is kind of tortured. Otherwise, there is a good zoo, there is something to see.
p.s. The same marten was rushing around the cage with its tail bitten off, it actually did not exist, it seemed that it was being pestered by some insects, or something else.

A huge number of birds and animals walked around the zoo for about 3 hours. I was struck by the fact that animals can be viewed indoors, if they do not walk outside. I was amazed by the wonderful talking Macaw parrot. Only positive emotions and impressions remained from the walk. There is a terrarium and a water area on the territory. The ticket price is 8.50 byn (a ridiculous amount for Russian money). There is a free, clean toilet on site.
