I can't say about the organization as a whole, but about the employee who took my measurements. It's just terrible.
After my payment, Schamel A. deigned to come only half a year later. I did not agree with her measurements, because I knew that my land was located with my neighbors (approximately 1m×50m). My meter of land was self-occupied by the neighbors, and it remained. According to her, she sent a request to the BTI for a copy twice, but she did not receive a response in two months).
My neighbor confirmed that they had my plot and told this employee about it. She tricked me into signing the papers, saying that my Meter would be included in the project.
As a result, it is easier for her to die on the existing site and continue to sit. Do nothing.
In general, the paperwork was done for more than a year, and after the payment, my Meter of land simply disappeared.

They work like clockwork. It is written in the regulations that documents are considered within a calendar month, and they are considered on time. Generally well done. It is a pity that the queue for measurements does not depend on them, since there you can wait for four months for a text message to arrive and an engineer to arrive. I would also like to make sure that they meet the deadlines of the contract.

It's just a tin, marking the boundaries of the site to wait more than 6 months, they generally work there! People will change their mind about buying a plot after such a deadline. I built the house faster.
