Good afternoon! Recently, we visited the salon for the first time with our 5-month-old spaniel pet named Baron. We are very, very happy with the result. The work is excellent, the dog is in a great mood. When we went to the grooming, I thought I'd look, maybe I'll look for another master for the next haircut. I repeat, Everything is excellent, Tatiana is a wonderful master. Now we are regular customers. I recommend this salon.

This is our first visit to the groomer, so there is nothing to compare it with. Everything went well, they reminded me the day before, greeted me kindly, explained everything when they left, and gave me sweets. Therefore, we received only positive emotions.

It was necessary to make Vesta trimming, I called the salon in advance to describe in detail the condition of the coat and the last visit by the dog to this procedure.
The procedure in the salon took 3 hours. After visiting the salon, the dog was timid, peed himself at a meeting with the owner (let's say the procedure was not pleasant, stress happened). But that was not the case.
The next day after trimming, early in the morning, the dog shakes after sleeping, paws give way, appetite is gone, all red, cries when touched, looks sad - we went immediately to the veterinarian - temperature 40 and severe allergies, as a result of injections and treatment. According to the veterinarian, the dog was rescued and it was impossible to delay. FROM behavioral - I BECAME AFRAID TO BE ALONE, I BEGAN TO PEE AT HOME, FEAR OF THE STREET, FEAR OF EVERYTHING.
I don't know what they did with the dog there, but it felt like they were beating and intimidating, ATTENTION, despite the fact that West is very calm and obedient, socialized, well-mannered, non-aggressive.
I do not recommend this salon, despite the positive reviews, which I readily believed.
If you still get together, then look at their Instagram stories there are photos of animals, their appearance and look after the procedures - and you will understand everything yourself.
The money was returned to me, but this is the last question in this case.
