Many thanks to the administrator and master Ekaterina for her responsiveness and desire to help. My dog is extremely averse to grooming. For about a year, I was forced to cut my dog by myself with a typewriter. But I decided anyway and wrote to the administrator. And yesterday I picked up my dog after grooming. Also, once there was a need to pick up the dog 30 minutes after the end of the procedure, which was also not a problem) When we come to pick up the girl, they always show how much wool has gone from her, tell us how to take care of her, and what problems should be paid attention to. And they also offer to pop it with a pleasant aroma, which really lasts a long time) The procedure itself is also very pleasing, in full, they take care of the hair, clean the ears, eyes, cut the claws. The dog really looks very neat after the procedure, it's noticeable) I would also like to note that the dog itself is pleased to be there, she is a sociable and curious girl, but she does not let us cut our claws and does not really like to wash at home, and after the procedure she comes out happy and satisfied and returns back without problems. In general, wonderful grooming, thanks to the people who work there!
