Knowledgeable in his field. Perfectly performs all procedures, from combing, washing and brushing teeth. Our bulldog does not like these procedures very much, but KATERINA has found an approach to him and now he is very happy to go to her for relaxation. Above all praise. thank you very much.

Also, once there was a need to pick up the dog 30 minutes after the end of the procedure, which was also not a problem) When we come to pick up the girl, they always show how much wool has gone from her, tell us how to take care of her, and what problems should be paid attention to. And they also offer to pop it with a pleasant aroma, which really lasts a long time) The procedure itself is also very pleasing, in full, they take care of the hair, clean the ears, eyes, cut the claws. The dog really looks very neat after the procedure, it's noticeable) I would also like to note that the dog itself is pleased to be there, she is a sociable and curious girl, but she does not let us cut our claws and does not really like to wash at home, and after the procedure she comes out happy and satisfied and returns back without problems. In general, wonderful grooming, thanks to the people who work there!

But upon arrival home, I noticed that the cat's antennae were neatly half-trimmed on one side (they were most likely cut off accidentally with some sharp instrument, without giving it any importance). A question for the master (I won't give you a name, she'll understand what I'm talking about) - what did you do with the pet during the procedure???
