The best barbershop I've ever been to. I've been to a couple of popular places in Minsk, but I've never been so pleased with the haircut, atmosphere, and service. Great guys, positive, it's a pleasure to talk to the master, time flew by unnoticed. The receptionist was polite and nice, and they offered us coffee. I definitely advise you, it's cool that such a place has been opened in Borovlyany.

After the first visit to this place, there were pleasant feelings, so the next time I signed up again without hesitation. However, it was no longer possible to sign up for the previous master, so I had to go to another one. The second time I got a bad haircut, I gave 40 rubles for a crooked haircut, I have not been cut so badly yet. I tried to point out to the "master" the protruding hair, to which I received the answer "I do not know what else I can do." Okay, they have a website where recordings are made, I left my negative feedback there. After some time, the owner of this institution contacted me, apologized, said that this master was still inexperienced and I should have had a haircut at a discount, offered to come to another master for a free fix. This is a positive moment. And I decided to give them a third chance, went to the site to choose a more experienced specialist and noticed that my previous review had been corrected to 5 stars. And this "master" has only positive reviews, how many of them are as fake as my corrected one can guess for yourself. Well, it's just some kind of kindergarten, I was ashamed of them. The master of this is called Vladislav, I do not advise anyone. In general, the institution: from a normal barbershop there are only prices.

This is the second time we have signed up for the father + son service. When recording, the site offers a choice of only one barber (the second one, as it turns out, is not clear why). Both last time and this time Vladislav was chosen. There are no questions for him.He cut her husband's hair, and some other craftsmen cut her son's hair both times. Everything was great last time. This time, another master asked her husband how to cut her son's hair. The husband replied that it would be shorter, leaving a centimeter on top. Bottom line: the child was simply shaved for one 0.5 cm nozzle and the general appearance is like that of a guest of a children's colony! I'm shocked! Relatives are all the same! And the child himself was very upset! When my husband saw what Barber was doing, it was too late! Does this "master" have no eyes? Does he not see what kind of haircut the child had? Can't hear what the length is called?No one cuts hair like that now! Under a machine without a uniform, as in the zone, we could shave a child ourselves at home for 2 minutes for free! There are also questions about the service. Last time, the receptionist called 2 times the day before and on the day of the haircut itself. I'm just tired of her calls. And then I called after and said that they should have given us a 10% discount on the first visit and did not provide it) and that they would do it next time. You called me, you notified me. This time, no one called or reminded me of anything. And the discount was also not provided in fact.
