A business center in the heart of the capital.
A very modern building with a system of chillers, the staff is very carefully selected. We have been working for 1.5 years, the flight is normal.
Of the disadvantages that have appeared recently, part of the parking was given to cafes, now there is not enough space to park cars, it is already difficult to find parking in the center 🤔
The smell of food, cigarettes, hookah and noise enter the rooms and interfere with work.
There is no freight elevator, and large orders have to be taken up the fire escape. Which complicates and raises the cost of delivery, as well as the risk of damage to the cargo is higher.
There are power outages
There are no complaints about the staff, everything is clean, napkins and soap are always available
Excellent business center, convenient location, adequate people work, it's beautiful inside, a beautiful view opens when you exit to the fire escape, you can take pictures, it's not for nothing that one famous Uzbek singer chose this very staircase to shoot his video.
The Gross Business Center is, in my opinion, the best of the existing sites, in terms of geography, operation, maintenance and other criteria for evaluating such sites. I recommend staff to be disciplined and polite.
A good business center. There is a store in the building where you can buy water, candy, chewing gum and other small things. It is very convenient if you work in this building.
There are also 24-hour ATMs in the building, which is also very convenient.
I was in the office, it was done with high quality, the design is very beautiful. There is a Coffee Boom restaurant downstairs. It's delicious and the prices are acceptable. There is also a Bellstore cosmetics store nearby.
A very cool Business Center. The location is super,
the most beautiful architecture in Tashkent.
Parking, and underground Parking for 120 cars, comfortable halls, high-speed elevators, interior design for 5+.
Well done, everything is thought out.
A good building, many offices, location in the city center, BUT the parking problem has not been solved, I circled for half an hour in search of parking, eventually stopped at Chekhov's intersection.
Convenient layout, in the center, near cafes, shops. It has a parking area and underground parking. But there are clearly not enough parking spaces for tenants.
There is no designated place for canteen.
The courtyard of the Gross Plaza is located at the intersection of Taras Shevchenko Street 21 and Said Barak Street. Nearby there are Dodo pizza, Black Bear coffee.
