Convenient location for business events. Despite the fact that the center has a small parking lot.
The event area had everything you needed: a clicker, a laptop, a screen, a flipchart. I was especially pleased with the separate place for coffee breaks next to the event area.
It will be great if they add the rental of dishes to conveniently and beautifully arrange the sweets and thermopot.

I choose this coworking, because the space is large and bright, beautiful interior and comfortable (!!!) chairs and tables to put your elbows on. (For some tasks and bar stools are normal)
There is always a corner to go to to talk via video link. It's just nice to be there.
I'm shooting a star, they often drill something... they're tired ... there may not be hot water and the Internet sometimes falls off during important rallies.

When you come here once or twice, everything looks good. The furniture is modern and comfortable, well renovated, there are many cafes and squares nearby.
That's what it seemed to me until I bought a monthly subscription.
* There is no promised cubicle for personal belongings
* There are interruptions with the Internet. Everything is fine for another day, and then suddenly you have to hand it out from a mobile phone
* Few zoom booths. However, you eventually refuse to use them, because you barely fit in them and have nothing to breathe. And the Internet in that area catches poorly.
* In a noisy room where the ventilation is humming, it is sometimes quieter than in quiet rooms. Administrators do not make sure that meetings are held outside of negotiations or video meetings on speakerphone
* The carpet is all dirty and stained. If it is cleaned, it is not noticeable at all
* There is no access restriction. I was a witness to how the administrators caught a hare. In this regard, he became more attentive to personal things, because all sorts of people can walk

A few disadvantages:
- Sometimes the Internet goes down, if there are more than 3 people on a zoom call, then the sound and picture start to slow down terribly. I didn't show more than 80 mbps. As far as I understand it is because of the plugs in the center.
- The quiet zone is located above the rented offices, which are far from "quiet". Also, many people do not know how to behave, I think you need to put signs on all the tables indicating that if you have a call for an hour, then be kind enough to go to the booth.
- Little daylight on the second floor (quiet area with no windows at all)

- There is no quiet zone. Often people shout, laugh loudly, there is no culture of behavior, and administrators do not monitor this in any way. Also, various events are held loudly in the room, which also distracts from work.

Good coworking and a place for trainings and seminars. There are meeting rooms for 8 people, up to 60-80 people. You can rent an office, there are zoom meeting rooms, everything you need to work in a coworking, cookies, coffee, water - there is.
There is also a bookstore in the building, you can choose something for yourself.
We have been training here for 1.5 months, and I was satisfied.

It's beautiful in general, but I rented 1 local booth and it had 2 serious drawbacks. 1) it is very hot 2) there is no sound insulation. I completely heard what the man in the next booth was talking about, and he also heard my conversation. But if you want to sit silently in the open space with a laptop, then everything is super, beautiful, and not expensive.
