Gagra is also a Gagra in Africa. Remnants of the Soviet Empire style mixed with subtropical exoticism. Everything needs to be put in order, to breathe new life into all this natural grandeur. It's no worse than Greece and Portugal, although you still need a lot of investments. Despondency is compensated by inexpensive tea and wine, but health is not official and not endless - and wine and tea are a hell of a lot!

An interesting grove of plants. Small, neatly cleaned, clean paths. If there is a small playground with a children's swing and a volleyball field. And there are comfortable hammocks hidden between the trees. It's great to lie on them, looking at the azure sky of Abkhazia.
And yes, a fly in the ointment☝The grove belongs to the hotel. Entrance and use are only for guests of the Wellness Park Hotel

The grove is completely fenced off from all sides, a simple man in the street cannot enter, only for residents on the territory. Don't waste your time getting there.

Access is only for the tenant of the hotel rooms. The tracks are not in order.
We came in from the market side, along the river. The guard let us through on the condition that we don't touch anything.
The park is quiet. Near the sea + coniferous trees = healing air.

The nature of Abkhazia is amazing. I had a rest in June 2021 in Gagra, went on excursions virtually the whole of Abkhazia, including walking in the aforementioned grove. Simply delightfully pristine nature....If possible, I will definitely go to this small hospitable republic.....

You can't go in, it's a closed area. The trees are beautiful outside, and the fence is terrible.

Yeah, the air is great here. But that's it. I love Abkhazia with all my heart. But sometimes I'm surprised by her leadership. Why can't the park be cleaned? To put everything in order. Damn, such beauty and no grooming. In Abkhazia, they only take from nature and do not give anything in return. Sadly.

July 2022 .I wanted to go in to see the grove, but we couldn't, the entrance is only for those who live in the hotel.You can't see anything through the 3-meter-high closed fence.They could at least put up a good fence, since they don't let you in, so that you can at least see the beauty of the trees through it.There is such a large flow of tourists, and the infrastructure is 3.
