Hello! Today we used the freight transportation service and ran into an absolutely inadequate driver! He behaved extremely aggressively, was rude, there was a feeling that he was under the influence of psychoactive substances! While driving, he changed lanes abruptly, drove the car and was distracted by 2 phones. In 20 minutes of interaction with such a driver, we experienced horror and indignation! We wanted to call the dispatcher to clarify the situation - they stopped answering the phone!
