In general, I took my wife an Audi A4 b8. I immediately decided to change all the timing chain tensioner, everything is everything. "In the garage of the boys," the price of replacing the timing chain is 15k, good... But it's also a queue. I have the second Audi, and it's not easy to find Vag specialists. They advised me to do this, I came, talked, work in the area of 15k and the Vagovsky set of tensioners came out 21k, although in the city I was offered from 25 to 35k for work, in general they fucked up in a pine tree. I made an advance payment, arrived 3 weeks later and changed everything in 1 day. In 1 day, I was surprised!!! By passing this, I threw in work to replace all filters, GUR fluid, brake fluid, candles,oil in the engine and in the manual transmission. It was still replaced with a warranty. Now about the warranty! The leak was from under the phaser, the first time was fixed, it did not work. The second time I arrived, I was eliminated (I missed with sealant), it didn't work either, I had to go a third time (I was already a little nervous), but I didn't show my nerves. Nevertheless, there are such moments as the quality of the detail, and the human factor, which no one has canceled. In general, they did it for the third time, ordered me a new zeckert gasket, put it on, everything is clear. I was waiting to be told how much more I had to pay, but surprisingly they apologized and wished me a good journey! In addition, they wanted to eliminate it as soon as possible, given the workload of the service station, they took it at any time convenient for you to close the issue. And in our DPR, I no longer remember this.
Fact: good vag specialists, I was satisfied! Of course, their attitude is cool, you can't say anything, and they don't fight in 3 skins, everything is clear for people / hour, everything is through the cashier. I'm glad that I got to work for such guys, I'm your client. I hope of course it's not permanent))))

Обслуживаю у ребят уже свой второй автомобиль. По моим предпочтениям, это немецкие авто. Уровень профессионализма сотрудников станции приятно радует. Внимательны к мелочам. Чистоплотны. Удобная транспортная развязка. Уютный зал ожидания с возможностью визуального мониторинга ремонтного процесса своей машины, что для многих автовладельцев является немаловажным моментом! В общем – рекомендую однозначно!
