Alas, the service was previously very good! But now everything has changed from the head office, so this is the case:
I changed the oil according to their recommendations, which was so praised, as a result, I got a terrible oil burning and knocking and vibration!!! I turned to the head office, conducted a technical inspection in the car from the electronics to the engine, everything was fine, there were no complaints, they agreed to change the oil to the previous one, which was filled in, with payment of the difference. The result: they were kicked, at this point on Yassawi, they began to take away bodies, during a conversation, at the end they sent them right in the face, looking at them literarily.
And in the head office, the leading expert, with many examples, refused to fully listen to the client.
People do not pour better what they recommend, pour the oil that you previously poured, they do not take any responsibility for their recommendation.
In vain, fork out for another oil change, for the engine alignment.
As soon as there is time, I will appeal to protect the human rights of the consumer.
