I was being treated here in the therapeutic department, the doctors and medical staff helped as much as they could. I don't know about other reviewers, but these comrades provided me with all the necessary assistance. I would like to note that this hospital has problems with equipment and a shortage of staff, but the quality of this staff outweighs the quantity.
My son was sent from the 12th polyclinic to the 4th polyclinic to a urologist. The doctor did not listen to the problem, did not examine it, behaved rudely, saying that she was not registered... These are the doctors who judge the entire hospital
Good specialists, nurses, cooks and canteen workers, I was in the neurological department, they treated me very well, thank you guys for your work, sincerely Gray, hello to everyone from the Urals)))) 🤙
I give it four stars, but they're all exclusively about the people who work there. And the conditions are terrible for patients, for medical staff, and for visitors. Medicines are all at the expense of patients, there is not enough necessary medical equipment, the building is destroyed, alas, no one dreams of air conditioners and coolers with water here. CT is not done, there is nothing. In summer, there is dust, heat, and people lie with sore lungs!!! There are a lot of people, they often put them not in the ward, but in the corridor. The unfortunate medical staff, who are extremely few for such a flow of patients, enters the "red zone" in this heat in cellophane suits. Tests in test tubes are given to relatives at the checkpoint to be taken to a laboratory on the other side of the city, and if there are reagents there, then they are lucky. There is no information where to contact, benches for relatives who are waiting for a blood test tube or contact with doctors. People sometimes stand for hours near the hospital gates. The delivery of parcels to patients is carried out on construction trolleys every 15 minutes, the men are torn between the guard post, the transfer of patients between departments and the delivery of parcels. Getting to the hospital is also a problem: only a very rare minibus 119 goes from the southern quarters, and it is constantly clogged. But! The people working at the hospital are heroes. Despite such conditions, despite the terrible flow of patients, we faced the human attitude of the nurses and the high professionalism of the attending physician, for which many thanks!
Now there is a covid hospital at this address. The hospital is located on Lenin Square in the building of the children's hospital. Coronavirus vaccination is carried out here. Vaccinations are given to everyone, regardless of registration, they do not refuse anyone. They work until the last visitor.
And, guys, there are a lot of attentive, professional specialists working at this hospital. But there are many doctors and nurses absolutely no way, both specialists and people (both oculists, a trauma surgeon, there are many of them in departments now). But this does not mean that you need to throw mud at everyone.
Hello, read this review! My grandmother, 65 years old, is a beauty and a hard worker (not an old woman), came to this hospital with unilateral pneumonia (they said that pneumonia had just begun to develop) covid was confirmed (based on a single PCR test, she was put in the red zone).
Her doctor Tatiana (she was embarrassed to ask again, because she was always unhappy and harsh in her phrases), she never even talked to her family referring (who would treat while I was talking), the prescribed treatment was simply huge, all medicines were cheap. More than 30 ivs were prescribed. Dexamethasone was injected from the first day (read what it is). After 12 days, a heart attack occurred, they were transferred to the intensive care unit, fortunately the doctors there are lenient, at least they communicate with relatives (but if you do not call yourself, and the patient urgently needs some kind of drug, no one will call you urgently). So, my grandmother lay for a day without the necessary medicines, although they not only had my number, and my grandmother was conscious, they could have informed that your relative needed medicine. In case of a heart attack, stenting should be done the sooner the better, the operation was not performed, they did not explain why. We called the intensive care unit 2 times a day and took medicines every morning, after going around the new doctor said what to bring from the medicines, there was one answer to all questions from all doctors:-The condition is stable and severe 50/50. Mom's last words were, "If I could, I'd run away from here." To my question, at least you are being looked after, it was answered: - That one.....They take care of her (the meaning was clear)!
she lay in intensive care for 8 days, went to the toilet herself for the first few days (although you can't get up with a heart attack), then she was lying down, either she couldn't get up, or she was forbidden, I don't know...On the 9th day, the second heart attack occurred. They were buried in a closed coffin, in a bag. They allowed me to bring my things to the morgue, they said we'll put them in the coffin next to it. That's it... That's the story. In my environment, many old people saved a lying 93g grandmother, my (other) grandmother, from covid and pneumoniagrandmother 75l. in other hospitals. But my mother was not saved in this hospital. Why and how, they were treated for pneumonia without paying attention to a sick heart and cax.diabed and how it came to a heart attack, under the supervision of doctors, I do not understand. On the fifth day of being in intensive care, my request to do a second PCR on covid (I had hope that she would be transferred to another hospital), but they refused to do the test, citing the fact that pneumonia there is negligible and not as dangerous as the heart. Maybe fate, maybe negligence, I don't know... But she went to the hospital in a normal condition with no symptoms, there was only shortness of breath. She also said that there were no doctors in the red zone, that they came on a detour, did manipulations and left, and it was difficult to get through to someone from the staff, and knowing her eternally silent and patient, taking into account the constant dissatisfaction of Tatiana's doctor (I do not know the patronymic). This is my review.
If I had my way, I would have dismantled it to the foundation. The condition is disgusting, the attitude towards patients is at the same level. Doctors are not sociable, it is difficult to get through to the attending physician. The attitude of the medical staff is extremely negative. (I will add a comment with names and surnames). If you or your family got into this med. the institution, do everything to quickly leave it in a common sense.
How can a city hospital be evaluated??? It's a huge area with lots of buildings and people. Somewhere everything is fine, somewhere not so good.
Some doctors are on the level, others without words. In general, I would like to do better.
