I always evaluate a place based on several important characteristics for me: customer orientation, interior and whether I feel comfortable.
Customer orientation - the girl at the reception (Sofia) was very attentive and courteous. When we needed an extra bed for a child, we organized it very quickly (they brought it, made it up and always smiled, as if to show that you are important)
The interior is very pleasant, the faucets are installed by Grohe, which means that they did not save on quality - this is important, as it speaks about the approach of the creator.
The sleep here was so sweet that at 5 a.m. I was already awake and feeling great. At first, it felt damp and cool, but under a warm blanket it became a big plus.
The food is a very varied buffet, which was constantly replenished and there was plenty of food, even though there were three buses of departing tourists at breakfast.
Unfortunately, the mountains could not be seen in full, as there was heavy fog, we stopped on 09/17/2024

A good place, we were in the 20s for 24 years, the price for skiing and equipment rental is the same as in the Russian Federation. The hotel itself is located 300 meters from the highway, 700 meters from the ski lift, go from the hotel to the hill, but there is a transfer from the hotel for free. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, good breakfasts, good service, water, kettle, safe, comfortable bed. Mountain view.

Great hotel, clean and with good breakfasts!
The only thing at the time of the visit on 04/22/2025 was a lot of garbage outside the window was being repaired!it would be nice to put it in a container right away so as not to spoil the view!

Excellent hotel, there is a good spa complex. The staff is polite. But you will have to take a transfer to any ski lift, it is not convenient and far away on foot.

The worst hotel I've ever been to.
They should be called "Gudauri mud" or "Gudauri settlement when we decide", you can also "Gudauri leaking shower" or just "Gudauri no water", you can throw a lot of names.
Boorish staff. How come there are 4 races? In the evenings, a party of people in kippah and with sidearms takes place on the basement floor. Nothing like that, just funny)

I really liked the hotel. Nice room with a balcony, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, slippers, towels were changed frequently. The cleaning is good.
The breakfasts are just great, you won't leave hungry. The transfer takes you to the ski lift from 10:00 to 11:00 there and back from 17:00 to 18:00.

The location of the hotel is below the Georgian military road. To reach the lifts, you need to go up the hill, then along the highway, then back up the hill. Cars go to the lifts in the morning and evening. The breakfasts at the hotel are bad. Overcooked fried eggs, terrible scramble (gray), sausages, buckwheat or rice as a side dish, Georgian pickles, tomatoes, cucumbers, pies. This is the whole range and so it is every day. Coffee is only from a drip coffee maker.. Very tasty water (this is not a joke). The rooms are normal. But our room was above the dining room and the closet constantly smelled of food, so all the clothes smelled. The rooms are cleaned well. No one is watching the parking lot. The workers themselves block the passage to the hotel. Prices at the bar from space. The quality of the drinks does not match the price. We will definitely not go to this hotel anymore. Gudauri didn't leave any good impressions either. The prices are high, the service is below the baseboard. There is no delicious Georgian food and hospitality.

The rooms are normal and clean. The staff is good. And here's the food… Ruined the whole impression. We ordered chicken soup for the child - spicy! Pork is the sole. Breakfast is probably the worst in my memory: everything is kind of stagnant, the scramble is gray, the sausage looks like it's been there for several days, and the tomatoes were in mold, and the plates at the bottom were generally rotten - even stank. I showed it to the waiter, and he just silently brought new ones. Horror. The only thing that was delicious was the wine.

The worst hotel in terms of attitude towards tourists. Rudeness. When asked about the air conditioner, we were told to open the window (they say, mountains) and we listened to conversations and the noise of engines for half the night, not to mention the smell of tobacco smoke.
The cuisine is excellent: delicious and varied. The view from the balcony in the morning is awesome.
The staff cleans everything.

We were in the fall of 2018. The hotel is not big. The rooms are clean and cozy. In the bathroom, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel in identical bottles are not signed, it is not clear what and where is poured and the quality is not very good (
But the nature around the hotel is very beautiful, mountains, mountains, mountains! The air is very clean and mountainous! It takes an hour and a half to get from Tbilisi to the hotel.

The cleaner in the room of the Urals 40 thousand, straight from the passport that was lying on the table.
The police were called, they rocked us for 4 hours, and eventually forced us to withdraw the application. Like money was stolen from a passport, this is a doc thing, leave a bet, then that you have to wait 3 hours for an interpreter, then that you need to stay for 10 days for interrogations yourself. And until the last moment they just wouldn't let us leave the hotel, already making us look guilty.
The police behaved extremely biased and were always whispering to the manager of the Gudauri inn hotel in Georgian. Apparently this is a common pattern. A bunch of Georgians were rubbing up against us and forcing the situation on us.
As a result, in order not to miss the plane, the police were forced to write a statement that I allegedly found the money, which they actually wanted, just so that we would leave.

An amazing place! The rooms are designed in a single style, and if you are lucky, like us, with rooms with a balcony and a view directly to the mountains... waking up in a place like this is fabulous)
The breakfasts were really a little pumped up, something for some guests was already missing from the buffet. Perhaps it was because we were out of season.
