An amazing hotel. Everything is cool: the rooms, the views, the design, the beautiful large pool inside. Super warm outdoor jacuzzi pool. The breakfasts are very tasty. The service is excellent.

Disappointed with the rest🥲
Very poor management at the hotel, absolutely boorish staff, restaurant prices are 2 times more expensive, not an adequate price for drinks, mediocre spa. The first time I was so disappointed in the hotel, everything is beautiful in the pictures and the reviews don't seem to be bad, but the rooms are small, with Ikea lamps, without a hood, windows don't open, a hotel with such rooms, poorly cleaned and managed is as much as 3*. Not a convenient entrance on a slippery steep, rubbish-strewn road, spontaneous Parking.
Be prepared that you will be kicked out of the spa area, show the clock that it's time for you to make comments. This is the first time I've met such a traveler with experience. Which was so not cozy and so NOT hospitable. It is not typical for Georgia. I do not recommend it!!! It's not worth the money! Of the advantages, there is not a bad lobby and a swimming pool on the street, which is in the spa, but there is disgusting staff, as in the USSR in a boarding house.
Before that, KAZBEGI Rooms were heaven and earth. Perfect rooms, gorgeous views, lobby, spa with mountain views and well-trained staff, reasonable prices and very tasty breakfasts, the price is 20% cheaper.

An excellent hotel! We chose it on the recommendation of friends, and this is the best place where we stayed! We booked for 1 night at the booking, upon check-in we were surprised and settled into one of the best two-room rooms with mountain views! High-class service, the staff does everything to make you have a great rest! Everyone is friendly, helpful and smiling! The hotel has a sauna, a warm outdoor Jacuzzi with mountain views, a nearby bar, an indoor pool with panoramic windows, as well as breakfast (included in the price), excursions for an additional fee, massages and much more! We were very pleased that we chose this place on our journey! Thank you for the memories that will stay with us forever! ❤️

The first impression of the hotel, I want to leave right away!
The lobby on the floor is very dirty, the door is shabby, and the room is not very clean either. There is no noise insulation at all- there is such a gap under the door that we can hear everything that happens in the corridor.
They went to the lobby bar to get the menu themselves, sparkling wine was brought already open and warm, again I had to go for ice myself. There are a lot of dirty tables in the restaurant and they don't get cleaned for a long time, you have to wait a very long time.
The hotel objectively does not correspond to 5 stars.

We came to ride last winter . There were no problems with the settlement or a biased attitude . The cool thing about this hotel is that it stands on one of the slopes. It's great to get out and drive to the hotel door on shells)). A Jacuzzi on an open roof terrace and a sauna with panoramic views of the mountain and the descent are generally great. There is a restaurant, but it is more expensive and when there are a lot of places in 5 minutes by car, it loses)))

Positive:
The whole hotel. Cool spa area, swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, small gym. Excellent service, excellent condition of everything, the staff are just sweethearts, I send you rays of love!
It is located near the cable cars and minibus stops in Tbilisi (smart shopping center).
Minuses:
There are NO air conditioners, because the resort is winter (at least
in std rooms). And if you open the window, the local dogs do not let you sleep (for some reason they prefer to bark at night). Four-course breakfasts.
Resume:
Despite the described inconveniences, I got high.
I want to come in winter.

New hotel, newly renovated, clean. delicious breakfasts, convenient access to the mountain and arrival from the mountain, beautiful views!
Why do I put not 5, but 4, there are NOT friendly people at the reception, as it is not customary to greet guests, this surprised me. Olive oil was missing for breakfast for a couple of days, for salad dressing, I had to contact the staff.

Great hotel. We were passing through for one night in July. The staff was polite, although there was a language barrier, they found a Russian-speaking employee and helped to sort everything out. The interior of the room matches the photo, everything is clean and new. The breakfast is good, there is a choice of dishes for every taste, there is coffee beans. A pleasant bonus was included in the stay a visit to the SPA area with a swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. And of course, the view of the mountains is simply magnificent.

A super hotel! Lovely rooms. We were told a lot that it is better to come to Gudauri in winter, but we had a great time in this hotel in the summer. Excellent breakfasts, with a variety of choices. There is also a great restaurant inside the hotel for lunch and dinner. Downstairs there is a sauna, a large swimming pool and a hot water pool outside. There is a cable car within a 30-minute walk, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is not bad. beautiful design, comfortable beds, swimming pools. cons: the bathrobes were brought 4 days after settlement (they were asked every day), the cot was also ignored as long as possible and only brought at 23 00, and the most important thing is the restaurant. A great hotel right on the slope. The rooms were cool, but at our request, an additional heater was immediately brought. The breakfasts are delicious. The choice of dishes is large, no one will remain hungry. Sparkling wine is served free of charge on weekends. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi outside - a very popular place after skiing.

The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel, suitcases have to be dragged along a very inconvenient ascent.
