One of the disadvantages is the inconvenient location of equipment lockers (located between floors, you run up and down the stairs with skis).
We rented an apartment. The cleaners don't work well. The owner of the apartment has been notified (perhaps the owners are not coming, they are not being tracked. And it's worth notifying them). There is a boiler in the room (there was not enough water).
The reception staff is not friendly: when I asked about the location of something, they pointed out the direction with their fingers while chewing gum.
The service in the restaurant is unsatisfactory: fuss, dissatisfied faces of the staff, once something was included in the bill that was not there (they allowed it after that), the second time I waited 10 minutes for the menu, then 10 minutes for the waiter to make an order, and waited a very long time for the dishes. About "did you like everything?" I don't say anything - it didn't happen.
One of the advantages is access to the slope and a lift nearby.
The restaurant is expensive, but it's the same everywhere on the ski slope, there are no complaints about this
The apartments are mediocre. The water pressure is bad, the smell of sewage from the water and in the shower. The staff at the rest is super, and the reception and the maids are boors!
The slope is in terrible condition, not leveled, in the pits, the sand was rolled out all around, the snow was not laid. In the morning, the truck passed, this sand was leveled with snow-ride, kill yourself on the slope. The slopes are not marked in any way, nor are the trails. If you're driving, you don't know where you're going, whether it's red or blue
They were in the heyday of covid. Due to illness, I had to leave 3 days earlier, these days were paid for. The money was not returned, even partially, the situation was not smoothed out or settled in any way. They told me to write letters to the post office, but they still didn't return anything. There is no service
The impressions from both the hotel and the resort are disgusting, this is the worst ski resort we've been to

We had a family vacation on January 6-12, 2025. This is the second time in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great. I skied right out of the hotel in the morning and came back in the evening (you practically stop at Ski-depo)!!! The food (breakfast at the hotel) is excellent. The staff is beyond praise: friendly, friendly, caring, often with a good sense of humor (both at the reception and in the restaurant). Special thanks to the Administrator Nino. An absolutely professional employee, focused on a high-quality and complete solution to any issues that arise, whether it's postponing the booking date (the airline had problems), or problems with payments, etc. All our questions have been resolved!!! I was very pleased with the SPA area and the updated reception (after reconstruction). Thank you so much to all the staff, and SEE YOU SOON!!!
