Good time of day. I want to warn everyone against buying excursions in this company! We were in Georgia with our daughter a couple of weeks ago. One tour was booked at Gudauri tours, and the second at Muzenidis... There was something to compare it with, in a word. The tour to Gudauritours started 50 minutes late, although the voucher was bought by us and the tour was paid for, the agency, for some reason, did not know which hotel we were in!!!
As a result, a VOLVO car arrived, in which there was one normal empty seat, and the second one was practically in the trunk, small, hard, put your feet it is impossible to get on the floor and my daughter had to go the whole tour lying down, across the car, because it was impossible to sit normally!!! In addition, at the time when the car was following us, the driver with the tourists had an accident ....
The informative nature of the tour and the guide did not make any impression!!!
And the last straw of our "excursion" was that the GUIDE, he is the Driver, dropped us off in the middle of the city and did not take us back to the hotel, as it should be... And considering that we were in Georgia for the second day, and it took about 3 km to get to the hotel, this was an unpleasant point in the tour. And none of our admonitions that tourists should be taken to the hotel were taken into account by the guide. He said that he lives nearby and it's convenient for him to leave his car here, but we have to get to the hotel ourselves!!! Upon arrival in Russia, my tour agent and I repeatedly contacted the managers of Gudauritours about this incident, but it is impossible to achieve any measures to compensate for moral and material damage from this company!!!
I warn everyone!!! Do not buy excursions from this company. Don't be fooled by the prices.... it's better to overpay a little, but have fun than a lot of negative emotions!!!
