A very popular place. I often see small queues here. From the point of view of Russian residents, it looks too modest.
But it has NOTHING in common with the Russian Sberbank, except for a similar name and design style. I specifically checked with Sberbank of the Russian Federation. I quote the response of the support service:

Our office does not exist on the territory of Abkhazia, as well as there is no Subsidiary Bank.
You can withdraw 50,000 rubles per day from a VISA debit card at an ATM of a third-party bank of Abkhazia. The commission will be 1% (min. 150 rubles / 5 USD / 5 EUR) + a third-party bank commission is possible + a conversion fee

The ATM is not working properly. When withdrawing cash, a transaction took place and money was withdrawn from the account, the card came back and after that the ATM began to overload and did not receive either a check or money. When contacting the bank, I was assured that the money would come back within one or two days. In general, 5 days have passed, but I will contact a bank in Russia.
All branches of Sberbank in Gudauta, as well as in Abkhazia, charge a percentage for cash withdrawals.
So, it's better to withdraw cash in advance in Russia!
