We booked a triple room at the booking office in February for June! We are told that there are no seats , you have not booked anything ! In short , after almost a month , we were told that we had booked a NON - EXISTENT room . Well , in short , in the end , the hostess kindly offered us a triple room , too , but not in a hotel but in their own house , as I understand in the past , too , a guest house with several rooms , of course , the quality of the beds and everything in general is no but with with a 20 % discount , so it 's good for a flophouse and it 'll do for us !!! I can't tell you anything about the Runo hotel, as you know, we were not ignorant! One thing is for sure, you need to check the mail of the ATO every day, suddenly your number does not exist 👆

There is no place worse than this! Dirt IS EVERYWHERE! The rooms are not cleaned, they do not correspond to the photo from the word at all. The bathroom is covered in MOLD. There is no hair dryer in the room. The walls are all shabby, the mattresses are sagging. The web is everywhere, no one cares.... The rooms are not cleaned and the bed linen is not changed, you also buy toilet paper yourself. The towels are clean but smothered. Upon arrival at the g / d, the hostess immediately indicated that it was IMPOSSIBLE to do much. In general, there is nothing good, this is not the first time in Abkhazia, but it is something. You could have found a much better room for that kind of money and to match the photo, I DO NOT ADVISE

We are resting right now (May 2-7, 2022). We are absolutely delighted! The hotel is very family-run, everything was told and shown upon check-in. The territory allows you to roast meat in the evening and relax in the gazebos. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, there is also a Ferris wheel. There are beautiful mountains behind the hotel. There are many canteens and cafes nearby, where they are very tasty, inexpensive and well-fed. A separate respect for Victor! P. S. The local dog Lucky is incomparable, 60 kg of kindness and saliva))

We stayed at this hotel at the end of September. A nice three-bed room. But no one bothered to remove it before our arrival. Thank you for changing the linen at least. There is a cozy little courtyard with gazebos. The kitchen is not very comfortable, it is not clear at all how to cook on it, the sink is outside, the tile is made of two comfortable beds, this is for the whole hotel. Positive : exit from the hotel to the Park of Glory, the sea is a 5-minute walk away.

Friendly hosts, lap dog Lucky, the reception always works, you can find out any information; they do not know information about the proposed excursions, or rather they tell everything, but in the end they liked the triple rooms, the towels change; constant power outages (disaster!), there is no transformer of their own; a very cool cozy courtyard, we took dinner we took food with us in the yard, there is a shared kitchen (with dishes). At the exit from the guest house there is a park, in the evening it is pleasant to relax, in the vicinity of pharmacies, canteens, 15-20 minutes walk to the market (it's a long way, but prices are several times lower).

A new hotel. Of course, there were unpleasant little things, but they did not interfere with a wonderful vacation in Abkhazia. The location is wonderful, between the old and new Gagra. The beach is 5 minutes away along the cypress alley. The administrator is a Russian girl Natalia from Ufa. He will show and tell you everything.
