We rested at Zamira from 19 to 24 04.2024. The season has not started yet, but the hostess has kindly agreed to receive us. The room is prepared, clean and comfortable. I especially wanted to mention the new mattresses. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a cozy room, and breakfast on the outdoor veranda gives a charge of positive emotions for the whole day. For me, the room is a place to relax from day trips and everything was fine. The hosts are busy preparing for the opening of the season. I think that everything will be ready for the arrival of vacationers in May :-)

Disgusting hotel!The TV does not work, swears at the children that they did not do the right thing there.I do not advise you to go, because for that 5000.When the lights were turned off and turned on, it worked only in the houses, and the microwave did not work in the gazebo.It's terrible!

If you are eating for the first time in Pitsunda and want to spoil your whole vacation right away, then here you are!!! The disgusting reception of the hostess Zamira, three quadruple rooms were booked for July in February, an advance payment was made.They called a month before arrival to inform us that we were arriving at 4 a.m., the hostess told us well that they had ordered in advance, and the rooms would be free.On the call the day before arrival, the hostess of Zamir informed that only one room was available, and two had to wait until 12 p.m. because the estimated time of check-in.Upon arrival at 5 o'clock in the morning at the guest house, they decided to wait until 12 o'clock when two rooms were available, small children were put to sleep in one free room, the hostess offered to go for a swim in the sea at this time!!! At 8 o'clock in the morning, two more families from another city arrived and the hostess provided them with rooms, one three-bed, the other four-bed.When asked why they were given a quadruple room that was free, the hostess's answer threw them off balance!!!these are customers coming for the second time and they are regular guests, and why did you arrive so early? Wait for the rooms to be vacated!! After such words, it was decided to look for housing for three families in other guest houses.Thanks to the locals who helped to find housing quickly.,P.s. in the guest house "At Zamira" at 12 o'clock only one room was vacant, upon request to return the prepayment, the hostess returned it. I do not recommend booking rooms in this guest house!!! Avoid it!!!
