We were vacationing with my husband and child for 9 years.We went to Abkhazia by car, traveled around and saw a lot, I was very worried about the road, but looking ahead, I will say that no one has ever stopped us and demanded a bribe, they say the authorities forbade touching tourists, if they really do not violate! So you can safely go by car, there is something to see in Abkhazia, the nature is awesome, beautiful. And the air is in general.... thuja, eucalyptus and plenty more

I also started contacting the hotel administrator from Penza, I found the phone on the Internet, which was very surprising, all questions were answered quickly and accurately, which was very intriguing that they promised if there was a free room and we would arrive earlier in time- to check in without problems and surcharges! In general, we decided to go there, we passed the border quickly, in 15 minutes, due to the fact that September and the pandemic are very few people there now! We arrived in the morning, a wonderful girl named Vika met us, checked in really without extra charges, the room was free, told us everything and showed us. As a result, we then turned to her for all questions, she never refused anything. The hotel has 3 buildings. There are about 10 rooms, there are pools for children and adults on the territory! My daughter was very happy, and after the sea they always splashed there, all the kids mostly hung out by the pool, by the way the pool was clean - They were pleasantly surprised by this. There were no rotoviruses, vomiting, etc. all the time, thank God. All rooms are new, clean, decorated with wood, there is a refrigerator and a large TV, soap accessories upon check-in and even a bottle of water. A set of towels, each with fluffy white ones, not washed. In general, it is simply gorgeous for Abkhazia, to be honest, I have never seen such a thing in Turkey!! The cafe at the hotel is very tasty and home-style, they serve both breakfast and lunch, which are already included in the price, and you can have dinner on the menu in the evening. We arrived tired from the road, drove 1,700 km (earlier in the morning - it's still closed, there's nowhere to go to eat - the child is hungry) and imagine... Svetlana came to work and fed us all a casserole, poured compote, although breakfast was not included that day, only lunch. It turned out she was there- a cook, a very friendly woman, we chatted about this and that while we ate! I ask: how much do we owe you??? - She smiles and says nothing is needed, she just didn't take the money and that's it!!!, Awesome, "miracles and not a hotel " - I thought, or really Abkhazian hospitality. It seems like a trifle, but it's so nice, it's really nice, and in general, all the people in the hotel are very pleasant and responsive, like everything is at home. Everyone is always smiling, starting from the waitress girls in the cafe and ending with the owners of this guest house themselves! We became friends with everyone, we really didn't want to leave. The contingent at the hotel is different and young, and adults are very elderly, and there are a lot of couples with children, but all of them are calm and not furry, there were no problems. We rested at the Amshin hotel in the middle of June. The rooms fully correspond to those stated on the hotel's website. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning. There is no hair dryer. We had only one chair in the triple room, which was not very comfortable and lacked one bedside table for a single bed, otherwise very good rooms, with good white pastel linen. Towels are also white and in sufficient quantity. There are also beach towels. To put it mildly, there is no room cleaning. In two weeks, the room was vacuumed once and the floors were washed once (the dust under the beds is not removed). They took out the garbage themselves. Upon arrival, we asked about the frequency of bed linen changes. We were told that the linen is changed every three days ... in fact, in two weeks the linen was changed once.... and then after several requests … But we tried not to pay attention to this and, if possible, cleaned the room ourselves. Many thanks to Bella and my Wife.. to the hotel administrators... for their responsiveness, friendliness and willingness to solve any of our requests. Well, a huge thank you to the Cafe staff, and to the waitresses Angelina and Yarmila, just a low bow. Not once did we see any dissatisfaction with any of our whims. Always with a smile and kindness to all our requests, very well-mannered and good girls! The food is delicious, there is something to feed children and adults. The menu is varied, the prices are quite affordable. The sea is nearby, across the street from the hotel. The beach is quite decent, the sun beds are free for hotel guests. There is a canopy and a beach bar. I wish there were also beach umbrellas... but this is one of the wishes. The beach is clean, there is a toilet… The hotel has two small pools. The children really liked to splash in them after the sea. Overall, the impression of the hotel is very good. The disadvantages were compensated by the cordiality and good mood of the staff and a good location. We will be happy to return to this hotel again. I recommend it to everyone!!!

In many places, they prescribe that it would be quiet after 23. There is a cafe on site where you can yell, take well, etc. There is no designation on the reception door when check-in and check-out, there is no place to sit to wait for the room if you arrived earlier (waiting area). Pros, the pool is cleaned every day, very tasty cuisine (there is a cafe on the territory). Shower towels (white) and pool towels (red) are provided. We had a vacation with a friend in the month of September from August 30 to September 12. It is impossible to get settled on the first floor -the curtains on the windows do not completely cover the window, people walk by, everything is visible.there are a lot of children in the hotel, it is not written that the hotel is for children in the literal sense. Every night the lights were turned off, in the morning a puddle from the refrigerator was provided on the floor, sometimes the lights were turned off during the day, as a result there is no water or Internet, completely cut off from the world. The smell in the toilet did not fade, the sewer smelled constantly. The bed linen has not been changed once in two weeks! Beach towels too! Bath towels and foot towels were changed twice. The food turned out to be, above all praise, portions for children, in the morning porridge like in kindergarten, two tiny pieces of butter, two pies designed for two, three-year-old children, an adult cannot be fed with this because the portion is for children. A fork is bigger than a plate! Coffee is paid.the garbage was never taken out, they went themselves and threw it into a container, there was never a wet cleaning! Of course, I did not expect such,, service,, of course, I will not return to this hotel anymore and I will not advise others! In fairness, it should be said that the food was delicious, but dietary without salt, oil, sugar and at least some spices. Absolutely everything is lean! Tourists come to try Abkhazian cuisine, as a result, they receive diet meals in this hotel, in the evenings they had to go to a cafe to somehow survive until breakfast. It's a disgusting place, don't believe the good reviews, I think they write them themselves, the pool is the size of a bathroom, everything made of wood smells musty, the food is not tasty and not fresh, the cookies for breakfast were old and smelly. The rooms are small, like in a bedbug, everything is on top of each other, the audibility is terrible, the location next to the cemetery is also not the most pleasant, there are only 2 meager shops nearby and that's it, there is nothing in the cafe. Electricity and water are cut off every day at 22.00!!!! Because of this, the basik rotts and turns green. We booked 3 days, left earlier, of course it's a pity for the money, but there was no desire to stay there.

Hotel "AMSHIN"
That's what I want to say about this hotel. Compared to other hotels and guest houses in Tsandripsha, it looks very decent. Perhaps one of the best in the village.
But those who are used to Turkey have nothing to do in Abkhazia. Even for those who are used to vacationing in the Krasnodar Territory and are waiting for high service, it will not be very comfortable here. And it's not even about a single hotel, but about the whole country.
The hotel is cozy. The food is good, but according to the standard menu. There is no buffet. Eat what you've been given. But it was delicious. And by the way, there is a big "plus" in this. You don't overeat, like at the buffet, but you overeat. The portions are quite sufficient for themselves.
Breakfast and lunch are included in the price. Dinner is available for a fee. But reasonable. You can have dinner together with alcohol "from the belly" for 1000 rubles.
You can also buy alcohol right here. The prices for it in cafes are the same as in the shops in the city. That's why we hardly went anywhere. And there is nowhere to go in Tsandripshe. We plied the route "hotel-beach-hotel". And the beach is across the street. I crossed it to the sea!
In the evening, you can sleep on the phone with a bottle of wine on a sun lounger by the pool. Most vacationers do just that.
At 23.00 there is silence. There is no disco here, the cafe is also closing. Everyone is sleeping. Ie, the hotel is ideal for families with children, pensioners, and just lovers of a relaxing holiday.
The hotel itself is small. Three buildings with 2 floors each. It is more expensive than other guest houses and rooms in Abkhazia itself, but significantly cheaper than, for example, similar hotels in Adler or Sochi. Suitable for families with children. The kids are splashing in the pool. It is small, but warm. By the way, someone wrote in Yandex reviews that the pool is a smelly puddle that is not cleaned. They're lying! I personally saw how the "chemistry" was poured and asked everyone not to use the pool until 8.00.
Wi-Fi works well, which is important in conditions of expensive roaming cellular communications in Abkhazia. I also forgot to say that you can book a transfer from Adler airport.
The main drawback of the hotel is the regular power outages that occur throughout the republic. But if you can still put up with planned night shifts, then daily emergency daytime ones are very annoying. There is no light, water disappears, refrigerators and air conditioners do not work. You sit and quietly get angry with the employees because their work stops. The cafe staff cannot prepare the planned meals, the cleaners cannot clean the room, the vacuum cleaner does not work and there is no water to clean the floor.
In general, for fans of the Turkish-European superservice, I repeat that you should not come here- you will be disappointed!!!! Well, everyone else is welcome! Verified!

You have to take out the garbage yourself, buy toilet paper and garbage bags yourself, as if the administrator gives them, but seeing her face on the 5th toilet paper request of the day, you definitely won't want to ask anymore. The hotel staff - the main administrator and the cleaning lady - locks who did not care that all vacationers with children. The windows of the room overlook the pool, where loud music is pumping nonstop, the kids are crying can't sleep because of it, I turned it off once (there were no people at the pool anyway), but the cleaner immediately turned it on again to the fullest, and when I went out to her, she put me down just three stories, explained,that she doesn't care about my children and these are my problems, that the music of the hotel is bothering us. The receptionist said the same thing, "we are not a 5-star hotel here to fulfill your whims." The administrator generally issues here. For example, today, when I asked to change my underwear, she said, "don't piss! Buy normal diapers" (I quote). Etc. The room itself seems to have everything you need, but it's the cheapest, terrible mattresses with dinner stuck out, bed linen is the cheapest, does not refuel normally, etc.
There is zero Tank on the territory, zero silence, and zero place for children to play.
Yes, it's 3 minutes to the sea, really, but across the street. That is, a cafe where breakfasts and lunches are held, right with access to the road, where cars are rushing. And if you have a restless little girl like me, who breaks out and constantly runs, then it's dangerous here.
Of the advantages, this is really nutrition. The cafe at the hotel is the best. Everything is very tasty, varied, and homemade. Terrible hotel, checked in not at 14.00 as promised, but at 16.00. The whole hotel is dead, there is mold in the bathrooms, dirt, yellow pillows, torn curtains.
At night, a rooster roars right under the windows, plus the electricity is turned off and the air is not cold.
The food in the cafe is disgusting, there is nothing around - only the village hall and the market.
We rented a Suite for 6000 rubles a night - it was a mistake.
