I'll start with the pros: the room is very spacious, three people can accommodate without problems. The room is located in the very center of Pitsunda. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the entrance to the beach. It can be seen that cleaning was done before check-in. There is a kettle, a couple of glasses, plates, air conditioning, refrigerator, air conditioning. There was a set of soap accessories (soap, shampoo). After the road, there is something to take a shower with. The owner is a contact: I tried to solve the problems promptly, thanks a lot for that. Cons: the rooms are located next to a cafe, from which sooo loud music is playing and "chansonnier" songs are playing until 12 at night. It is extremely important to take this into account. There is an air conditioner, but it is clearly not enough for such an area of the room (by the way, it did not work properly when checking in, but the owner quickly resolved the issue, as well as with the refrigerator (it also did not work). Small cockroaches periodically ran into the bathroom (apparently from the cafe below). The most important and fat disadvantage is noise. You definitely don't need to live with children here.
