The loveliest stay. Rooms are so comfortable especially the bed! Bathrooms are brand new equipped with a rainshower and no issues with the hot water. Arus and David are so nice and always around when we needed anything. There is a washing machine and a stove at our disposal too.
Slightly far from town, about a 15 minute walk into the old town but for this price and comfort, you can't beat it and we didn't mind.

Very nice guest house in a quiet and peaceful location. The rooms are clean, and the whole house is cozy. Very hospitable and pleasant hosts. There were no problems with wi-fi.

A very pleasant guest house, clean, cozy, hospitable hosts are ready to help with any issue. We were met and escorted to the airport, there was no need to look for a taxi. We recommend it.

Hospitable hosts! Everything was super, the room was clean, the dishes were sparkling, the bed was snow-white, the yard was beautiful with apple trees and a wonderful atmosphere! We were thrilled!!! If we come to Gyumri, we will definitely come to David's B&B guest house! Everything was great!Thank you very much!!! I recommend it!!!

A very cozy place. Clean, very quiet at night, slept very well. The hosts Arus and David greet us like family, it's nice) It is clear that they love their work and are worried. They try to make the guests feel comfortable. They will prompt you and help you with various issues if necessary. The impressions are the best from the stay.

Perhaps the best guest house in Gyumri! Each room has a private bathroom. All linen is clean and fresh. Excellent shared kitchen with tea and coffee. There is a washing machine. The hostess is very pleasant and open, treated her to homemade pomegranate wine and grapes, for which I thank her again

Having visited many countries and expensive hotels in my long life, I can make an objective review of our stay in Gyumri. The absolutely wonderful location is a quiet street in the center of Gyumri, But the most important thing is the very hospitable hosts David Arusik who turned our week-long stay into unforgettable days by surrounding us with care, attention and love!!! Just super hosts, very hospitable, warmly welcomed. We were treated to watermelon, the impression of Armenian hospitality is only the most positive. The owners tell you where to go, where to eat and are ready to show you. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, there is also a kitchen, refrigerator, kettle, etc. If you come to Gyumri in Armenia, I advise you to stay with such good people. The hosts became our real family in Armenia, and they welcomed us very cordially and hospitably. With love! We will definitely come back again.
Very convenient location - a few minutes walk to the city center. A quiet and cozy area.
Cozy rooms, there are all amenities. Each room has a private bathroom. Excellent Internet connection, spacious living room.
Delicious breakfasts, it is possible to wash clothes

It's not the first time I've stayed here. A great place to stay in Gyumri with the best prices.
The house is located in a quiet location, close to the center and to the train station. Excellent hosts, always ready to help and prompt. They organized a transfer and an interesting excursion in the vicinity of Gyumri. They also prepare delicious breakfasts, and you can arrange lunches. The room is clean and has a private bathroom.

I was with my Wife in Gyumri at the end of June 2023 and stayed with these wonderful people, a great place! And the host and hostess of this guest are wonderful people, pleasant and kind!!!
The hostess treated them to a wonderful cake in the morning! The location is also all within walking distance. I definitely recommend it!!!

The room was clean and cozy.
