A very friendly and hospitable hostess! The rooms are modern, bright and clean, the furniture and bed linen are new. Great view from the window!
I recommend ordering breakfast, 2000 AMD. Omelet or scrambled eggs to choose from, pita bread, cheese, homemade jam, herbal tea, coffee. Everything is fresh and very tasty!
In November, the room is cool, heated with air conditioning.
You can come by car, there is a parking lot in the yard. But the entrance to the courtyard is on a very steep hill.

They came back like a family home. Wonderful hosts will always solve all issues, you can order breakfast for a fee. The rooms are very clean, there is air conditioning, a kettle. Great view of the mountains from the windows. I heartily recommend it

A great, warm place with a wonderful view of the mountains and a great hostess! There is everything you need and even more, if something is missing, it will be brought on request within a few minutes. The cleanliness in the room is perfect. We will be happy to come again!
