We (three of us) had our plane cancelled. We asked (12 hours in advance (immediately after we found out that our plane was canceled) to reschedule our reservation for the day. In response, they heard a categorical "no"! Of course, no one returned the money to us either, even partially! We called Booking (through which we booked this hotel), asked to influence the situation, Booking was very sympathetic to us, said that he would contact the hotel and do everything possible for us. Later, the hotel finally said that it had not received any mail from us that our plane had been canceled, to which we sent a screenshot of our letter to the hotel. As a result, Booking was very sympathetic to us again, but said that there was nothing he could do for us! I left a very bad impression about both the representatives of the hotel and Booking. We will not make a reservation to this hotel anymore, and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone, we will also think about working with Booking!
