We had a family vacation with 6 teenage children in August 2024! Thank you very much! Lovely clean rooms, snow-white thick linens! Fabulous territory. You find yourself in a garden with the clearest sea and warm hospitality! Near Sukhum, Athos, we took active excursions and trips, and after them we were happy to return to a small paradise. I would like to mention the doctors separately, my husband broke his leg, an ambulance from Sukhum arrived immediately, a cast was applied without any bureaucracy, the hotel owners presented their crutches. A wonderful, cozy, quiet place for a family vacation. The rooms are clean, cleaning is regular. There is a beautiful garden and a recreation area on the territory. You can eat in the cafe next door, they cook very tasty there, the dishes are varied. The store is nearby. There is a large kitchen on site, a lot of dishes. There is an opportunity to cook a barbecue yourself. There is a cafe with a karaoke bar nearby. The sea is fabulous, clean. There is a eucalyptus grove on the shore, the air is magical. The railway does not interfere, trains rarely run. New Athos is 10 minutes away, we called a taxi. You can walk there, ride the Ferris wheel. There are many excursions, it is convenient to get from this place to different parts of Abkhazia. I recommend it for recreation, especially if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to Natalia and Vadim for the warm welcome.

A great guest house for a quiet family holiday. 4 km from N. Athos. It is better, of course, by car, but you can also do with local transport. You can walk to the center of Mount Athos, or take a minibus. The sea is cleanest two minutes from the rooms. Friendly hosts. The tangerine garden on the territory and the eucalyptus trees by the sea make you breathe deeply. We had a rest from October 1-7, 2024. It's a pity that the nearby canteen was already closed at that time. But there is a kitchen on site. And there's a cafe nearby. There is a set of excursion programs.

We arrived on 09/10/2024 and were pleasantly surprised. Wonderful, attentive and friendly hosts, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need. The territory is beautiful and well-maintained, in the garden there are tangerines, persimmons, flowers, olives... you can rent a sap, sun beds. 1 minute to the sea, the sea is clear, the sun is hot) incredible sunsets! We rested at the Mary hotel in August 2024, the warm and clear sea is a three-minute walk past tangerine trees and eucalyptus grove, the hotel territory is well maintained, there is a separate building for cooking with tables next to it, a barbecue area, cleaning the room every day, special thanks to Natalia who is always on site to help with everything and he will explain everything, and also thank you for earlier check-in and late check-out (they provided a room where you can change clothes, leave things, take a shower with the children, this is a very pleasant option, believe me). The beach is deserted, there are few vacationers, which is also a big plus, the noise insulation in the hotel is good! And if you ask, I went here again, yes, I would love to relax in this hotel again!

We have been staying at this hotel for 7 times already. There were both in winter and in spring. A wonderful atmosphere at any time of the year!!! Well-groomed territory, clean, comfortable rooms, snow-white bed linen, towels are constantly being changed. The shower room has all hygiene supplies (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, etc.). A large kitchen and a barbecue area. The sea is a two-minute walk away, the railway track is almost inactive, trains run extremely rarely and do not interfere with rest at all. The highway is located on a hill far from the hotel and the beach, so you can't hear the noise of cars, and you can't feel the exhaust fumes. A wonderful quiet, clean, cozy, sincere place to relax with your family. Beautiful territory, photos of the room are completely true, everything is in good order, beautiful almost empty(!!)the beach is generally priceless.

1) you can retrofit the playground with several more objects so that the kids are even more interesting

We rested at the Mary Hotel from 08/18/2024, we were very satisfied! The rooms were clean, the wallpaper was like at home, the furniture was white, it was cozy. A beautiful territory with its own garden and citrus trees, a child played with children outside late into the night, beautiful chairs in the garden, sat looking at the stars and the moon. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, a huge kitchen for cooking, with dishes, there is a barbecue area. There is a home dining room on the territory, where grandmothers cook very tasty and high-quality food, food like mom's at home, and what kind of cakes they bake, prices are moderate, they have never been poisoned and did not suffer from stomach (who has been to Sochi at least once will understand). There is also a washing machine service on site. The sea is 2 steps away, very clean and with a minimum number of people, in August like fresh milk, the child did not go out. You can also take sap from the hostess for 500 rubles. We rested both body and soul, I recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at this hotel this year. We will definitely come back again. We are planning for the New Year or in the off-season. We liked the cleanliness everywhere. Rooms are cleaned daily! A delightful garden, a playground for children, the sea is very close.
There are shops and canteens nearby. We got a room with a wonderful view. You can take pictures endlessly. Nice furniture and nice bed linen. A pillow is always important to me. Everything is just Great! We want to see more different corners of Abkhazia, but we will definitely live HERE!

A great place for family and not only holidays😊 Quiet, 2 minutes access to the sea, and most importantly, a wild empty beach! We rested from August 9 to August 16, 24, baldezh sea, 28-30, clean, calm! But, you need slippers, because stones, which is fine, in my opinion, you don't drag sand on yourself😊 There is a beautiful garden and an equipped kitchen on site. If you do not want to cook, then there is a mess canteen (delicious) and 2 cafes in 3 minutes. There is live music in the cafe in the evenings. The New Athos Caves are 20 minutes away by taxi, and Sukhum is 30 minutes away. The rooms are cleaned, towels are changed on request, air conditioning, bathroom, TV. They were supposed to rest in Adler, but they ran away from there (on the beach, like in a Soviet movie, you walk over your heads ...), but everything is fine here!!! Thanks to the hostess Natalia for a wonderful vacation in Abkhazia!!! We will definitely come again!!!

The sea was clean all the days of the vacation, which could not but please. Unfortunately, the Internet in the rooms catches poorly, for me it was a minus, but we talked about it with the hostess. Natalia is hospitable, always ready to answer all your questions and go to a meeting under any sudden circumstances. There is a cafe and a dining room nearby. The food is quite tasty. The lights were turned off once, but literally 10 minutes and everything was fine. The noise from the trains didn't really bother much, but we drove a couple of times so that the houses shook. Every evening, music plays in cafes located by the sea, but it also does not interfere with rest. Besides, the music is not bad. So, I recommend this hotel for a vacation.

We had a rest with the whole family, the location is perfect, near the sea, a shop, a cafe across the street- where they sing live, we sat listening to beautiful songs every evening, someone danced. We stayed for a couple of nights, did not use the kitchen and other common areas, so I appreciate what we saw for ourselves. The beach is not well maintained, unfortunately. I would not consider this location for a longer period of time because of the beach.

We just came from this wonderful place. The hotel is wonderful, special thanks to the woman who cleaned the room, the shared kitchen is always clean, sponges and towels are changed regularly. Linen and towels, if you need to change (even if less than a week has passed), you can ask to be changed, and they will change without problems.
We were going for an active vacation, and we got it. To get to New Athos either on foot (along the road along the railway without cars) or by minibus, taxi. We walked through the mountains, and in the evening we rested in silence. The sea is just a stone's throw away and that's the main thing. We ate in the next house (home cooking) or Anaid cafe. We swam in the sea, dived and the waters naturally swelled, Natalia warns about rotavirus upon arrival, about prevention.We didn't need it, the second year without any problems. Great hotel!!! I liked EVERYTHING!!! No wonder the rating is 4.9!!!!
Fresh renovated rooms, cleanliness, well-groomed territory, lots of greenery (tangerines, persimmons, nuts, plums, etc.). Room cleaning every day (optional), change of towels and linen is also optional. Special thanks to the cleaners!!! The hotel is more suitable for families with children. There are a lot of children and they have something to do.
There is one wish for the owners: Natalia, in some places (near the playground) small driftwood sticks out, and metal pipes stick out from the side where the table with a canopy is located (near the kitchen). Given the fact that children are running around the territory, it is very dangerous. When I was with them, they stumbled over these objects several times and fell, it was good without injuries.
I would also add: please repair the exit from the roadway to the hotel (but these are small things).
I definitely recommend this hotel to stay!!!
R.S.: one of the entertainment for children was to run out to the railway and look at the passing trains :) :):) By the way, trains don't bother at all.

We accidentally found this mini-hotel on the Internet. After studying the photos and videos, we decided to book. I contacted Natalia, made a deposit and began to wait for a vacation. Arriving at the hotel by car, we parked the car at the parking lot next to the hotel. Vadim and Natalia were already waiting for us. Very hospitable and friendly people. And of course the dog Mukhtar, a breed of German Shepherd, was waiting for us)))
The hotel is surrounded by a tangerine garden, as well as other fruit trees.
The rooms are clean and cozy. I caught Wi-Fi perfectly. Cleaning every day.
We ate in the dining room in the next building, home cooking is inexpensive. And what kind of natural feihua and tangerine compotes are there. Mmm, yummy. For those who like to drink, there is homemade wine and stronger drinks.
2 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. The beach is sparsely populated, the water is clean and warm. There is a eucalyptus grove nearby.
Very convenient location, you can travel by car in any direction on excursions.
We fell in love with Abkhazia from the first time. Now we know where to go next time. Natalia has prosperity in business, we will recommend it. And thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

We had a rest at the hotel in early August. A great place to relax! New building, fresh modern renovation, new furniture, absolutely white bed linen! Clean and cozy! Polite staff. The hotel is surrounded by a well-kept garden, where you can plant tangerines, persimmons, and feijoa. There are paths from the buildings to the sea in the garden. It's 3 minutes to the sea. The coastline is quite long, so even in peak season there is no sense of a crowd.
Despite the privacy of the place (in my opinion, a huge plus), there is a shop and cafe nearby with a fairly extensive menu for every taste! And in the house next door they cook delicious homemade food. New Athos is 5 minutes away by car. Nvm really liked it! Special thanks to Natalia. A very friendly and hospitable hostess! We will definitely return next year.

A cozy guest house a few minutes from the beach, a beautiful garden with fruit trees. We stayed here for 8 nights as a family with 2 children (3 and 15 years old). There is everything you need for living, a fairly large and equipped shared kitchen. The beach is wild, there is no infrastructure. The entrance to the sea is only in special shoes, because very large stones. We rented a sap from Natalia and swam early in the morning, saw dolphins - this, of course, is an indescribable feeling.
Thanks to the successful location, you can visit the main attractions of Abkhazia and other beaches. Every day we went on excursions and equipped beaches in New Athos and Sukhum, and in the evenings we went to our beach to meet the sunset, they are very beautiful here.
Of the minuses, I can mention the walk-through barbecue area - everyone who goes to/ from the beach will pass by you while you roast something on coals or eat under umbrellas on the left. And parking - there are not enough parking spaces, in high season cars from 3 guest houses are forced to overlap each other, and those who did not have enough space - park on top of the curb.
If you do not have high expectations and you are going primarily for the clean sea and the fabulous nature of Abkhazia - you will like it here 🤗

The rest was a success, the place is gorgeous))) The conditions are excellent, the room is very comfortable! Underfloor heating is generally a bomb! The sea is literally 2 steps away! A courtyard with trees and flowers, very cozy! Excellent kitchen, fully equipped, stoves, microwave, barbecue!!!
