The "hostess" met Us with a sour look and with a statement from the doorway that the room we had booked would be provided the next day, since the guests had not yet moved out there, which we had not been warned about in advance...they moved us (husband, wife, child) into another room with two beds, saying: - Somehow get out of bed, someone will sleep on the floor alone... there was no talk of a mattress and a cot! There was no reason for us to unpack, because the next day we had to move back to the previously armored room! At night, there was a power and water outage until morning, and then we had to endure this nightmare for the whole ten days. By the way, the hostess's conscience did not flinch that we were out of the way and we were not comfortable in this room with two beds instead of three and the cost was charged to us as if nothing had happened. In the room we moved into the next day, everything was similar, there were no dishes, the beds were wobbly, there were no cleaning products for the toilet, constant water and light shutdowns... damn ..., then put on backup power (generators, water tank, etc.), if you took up hotel service...!!! If you want to do laundry, it's difficult to do it, because there are two basins for a bunch of rooms. The kitchen is a separate story..., the technical floor under the house is generally a horror, the view of a military dugout, in a word, a front-line photo, dirty, the whole refrigerator is rusty, leaks and stinks, the gas stoves are not working at 50%, the dishes are dirty and cracked, there are no cleaning detergents for washing dishes either, the light- Ilyich's light bulb is covered with flies, there are some technical wells in this "kitchen", they are almost not blocked, our child almost fell into it, barely managed to grab the handle, and it turned out that it was not an accident, but a pattern in this kitchen, cooking in this kitchen is a complete disaster. This wonderful guest house is located on a mountain and climbing this bell tower is still a thrash... You can talk about this place a lot, but it's better to read a real review once and not repeat the mistakes of other vacationers than to repeat it all on yourself!!! I strongly do not recommend it!!! We have been coming to this guest house every summer for seven years. We lived for a month more than once. Since autumn, my children have been starting to dream about the next time they go to Gagra. A huge clean lovely room for four. The room has everything you need - a table, chairs, towels, a kettle, dishes, a hairdryer, an upholstered armchair. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. Incredible views from the balcony of the city, the sea, the mountains and the garden. The freshest mountain air. And even in the hottest weather, it will be cool and pleasant here. Julia and Mark, thank you so much for your hospitality! We will be happy to come again!
