A great place to relax! We rested, however, for only 3 days in mid-October 2024. The only place where the price was acceptable. Everything in the area was rented for 3000 + (out of season!!!), which I think is unreasonably expensive. The hostess, Anaida (who received us without any reservation), is a very good-natured, welcoming and just a pleasant person to talk to!!! The price was the best in Abkhazia (I will not write, otherwise competitors will explain). They agreed without hesitation and extended their stay. Clean, cozy houses. Each has a split, a freezer, a kettle, mugs, sleeping places. Comfortable and cozy. Everything is very clean. The bed is fresh and of high quality. There's a lot to talk about. But most importantly, they are hospitable, good-natured, not greedy for profit and pleasant hosts! There are photos, but not for the "public")), but those that are in the description and other reviews correspond. Also, as we were warned, if you come not by car, but by plane or train, then there is a possibility that you will be met and brought! If we come to Abkhazia again, then definitely only here!!! There is a great beach here! There are no stones like on the entire Black Sea coast. PS. and also, when we left, we were treated to plenty (as many as we could collect for ourselves) of feijoa and tangerines! Very tasty and "real" (homemade). P.S.S. and also, if you do not cook yourself or you do not have the opportunity to eat in the "neighboring house", then I highly recommend the cafe "Akhaladze", which is 900 meters away, almost opposite the Administration of the town on Lenin Street 59. Unfortunately, it is not marked on the maps yet, but I tried to add it to the maps.

A great place to relax! We rested for two weeks in September 2023, we really enjoyed everything. The bungalows are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, a hair dryer, and a table. The territory is green, well maintained, there is a Playground, a swimming pool, a trampoline, many hammocks. Own parking. There is also a large kitchen where you can cook your own food, there are all the necessary accessories. We ate in a nearby guest house, very tasty and not expensive. A little more than 1 km to the sea, we were with the children, we were not bothered, there are cafes and shops nearby. The beach is wide, the water is clean. The hostess Louise is a very kind and bright person, she will always help. We will be happy to come back here again😍

We had a vacation with children in Abkhazia for the first time and did not regret that we stopped at this place! Everything is clean and beautiful, fits the description. Special thanks to Louise for her hospitality, she met and showed everything, settled earlier, because our bungalow was free!The transfer was also ordered through Louise. It is 20 minutes to the sea. There is also a mini dining room next door, where you can have a delicious meal and at a pleasant price (probably the cheapest where we ate). We will definitely come back again.
