At least make cosmetic repairs. First of all, get rid of mold and bad sewer smell! Change the plumbing! And put the kitchen in proper shape. A beautiful house in a wonderful place, but the owners don't seem to invest much in it! It's a pity! I really hope for positive changes! I would love to go back there more than once!
