We had a vacation with my wife in the summer of 2021. I liked everything in principle. The hosts are nice. The contingent of guests is not bad. Great location. The rooms are also good.

Terrible hotel! Don't mess with me! In July 2020, we booked this Unit for accommodation in Sudak. No one picked up the phone and no one was going to check in. The hostess allegedly treated her teeth and left until late in the evening, telling the concierge that she would check in after 20:00 The time is 13:00 At the same time, there is a condition against vacationers: withdraws sim card money when canceling a reservation or not checking in. At the same time, Salim simulates this condition by absence! Be careful. There are a lot of decent hotels in Sudak with an adequate host.
